App needs a lot of work very disappointed
I’ve never really had a problem with the app except for when I would try to talk to CS it would erase everything I wrote and I’d have to start all over again after like 10 seconds of trying to type…and now they did an update and I can’t use the app at all! It keeps saying “Update” with a big box and like an airplane thing on it so I click the “Update” button and it brings me here where it says “open” and I keep getting the same thing with the “Update” box and I don’t understand why?! It’s been like 2-3 days now that this has happened multiple times and I can’t get on the app at all! So I have to go through the website and get on Olight! Can someone please tell me what’s going on here?! Expecially with OFan Day tomorrow and all the stuff thats going on?! I don’t get it I really don’t! I’ve been a loyal customer of Olight for YEARS! please can someone help me figure this out?!?! Thank you sooo much!! OLIGHT IS THE BEST EVER!!!! I love Olight!!!! And their CS’s!!

I recently purchased the arkfeld pro and the clip. Love them both use them everyday. Can’t get into the app though. Just released an update this morning and it just displays update but I already have it. Can’t get in.
First, I should not have to click past your store to control my light. there's nothing more to say on that.
My issue is that every time I open the app, it shows my light as off-line and will never reconnect. I have to remove the device and re-add it every single time. I wouldn't even bother with the app except that there are some animations that are only available there.
Get rid of the storefront and coupon games and fix the one function I need.

I've always used Olight's online store (olightstore.com) when shopping for the latest and greatest illumination gear or “edc”, but having a native iOS app that offers a quicker shopping and browsing experience, with notifications about ongoing sales and brand updates, is so convenient! Additionally, the app allows you to control your connected Olight devices, such as the Obulb Pros, all within the same app. No more juggling between different apps for various tasks—the central app feature is a great idea. However, staying updated on Olight products may lead to some serious damage to my wallet! Lol! 😅👍🏼

They have great flashlights and do frequent sales. I interacted with customer support twice and they were able to help me extremely fast. The loyalty program is a really nice bonus. I love when they do free patches and keychain lights.
Olight makes incredible lights and deeply cares about the users of said flashlights! This app is a great compliment to the website and Facebook group allowing all of us flashaholics instant news to new lights and the best deals on the best flashlight brand….Olight!
