Needs work - still
Even after several updates, this app STILL misbehaves on the iPad mini: when I try to adjust settings for my osphere, it annoyingly rotates the window so it’s UPSIDE DOWN! AND it isn’t even full screen - it is a phone-sized portrait view on a landscape screen. Unbelievably irritating.

Decent products but can not get my “Ostrip” to pair the app keeps glitching

Great quality
I bought 2 of these spheres & shipping was quick! The packaging was excellent & overall, high quality in presentation. The sphere itself is awesome! I love it!
I would like to ask your company for a consideration of being able to customize the lights more. I appreciate the options you have now! But it’s a shame to waste so much potential for creativity.
I posted a similar comment saying that this sphere reminds me of the Divoom Planet 9. Divoom has an app where you can login, create your own light designs & share it w others to use.
You would def have so much more business from me (and other customers of course) if you did that!

Pretty decent app. Sometimes
I got an Olight sphere. Coolest little light I have. But this app has been pretty glitchy since downloading it. I’ve had my sphere paired and it just disappeared multiple times. I’ve had to re “pair” it like 5 times just so I could control it again. Kinda annoying
One of the most annoying yet easily fixable things though? Developers if you’re listening: please change the sleep timer to hours and minutes! There’s no reason I should have to scroll all the way down to literally 120 (minutes) if I just want to set it to turn off two hours from now. It should be as simple as click down to “2” in an hours column and bam. Set. Please update that. Making your products easy to use makes people use them more. Which in turn makes you more money! Something to think about

Got app for Ostationx battery charger.
I received my Ostationx battery charger from kickstarter so I downloaded the app to see what it does. The app is just TEMU-like sales app for junk and using your data.
Extremely basic app
This has to be the most basic app out there using the same cookie cutter design as other manufacturers that want to have smart devices without putting in any effort. Should have added Matter support and let people use better apps

Paired seemlessy superb easy to use app and works great with OBounds for additional function and access
Disappointing
Using this with two Sphere lights. The app seems to be able to connect to one or the other. If one is paired and working, it can’t find the other, and vice versa. When creating a group, it might work for a moment or two, but very quickly it will stop communication with one of the spheres. It’s a shame, because when it works, it’s great.

Rubbish
They’ve done a poor job with this. When logging in it recognises me for a few seconds then throws me out. App is useless to me until they fix this. Have no problem with the other Olight Hub app
