Not connecting
Loved all the features of this ring however I continue to have connection issues. My last sleep record was almost 2 months ago. I’ve charged the ring, deleted & reinstalled the app.
Connectivity issues
Connectivity issues are really bad and can’t sync or update due to this. Really bad start for sure!
Not a good start
This ring won’t stay connected and drains the battery quickly. I have to constantly put it back in the charger to try to reconnect. It’s pretty much useless.
Not sure if it’s the app or the ring
Didn’t even work for 3 days. 0 data being pulled now. App just acts like it’s constantly trying to reconnect.
