The app will not register on multiple devices I have. Lloydโs International have always been a disappointment with there service. In that respect they are consistent.

customers are advised to apply online but there are too many questions and they are very complicated indeed you cannot get instant help, and instructions are very confusing.
Buggy
Difficult to log on using iPhone 13 Pro Max (iOS 18.0.1). Error messages pop up, facial recognition doesnโt work. Iโll go back to using a desktop browser.

Two week ago I used this app first time but it verified my device for very long time. Finally my account has been locked. I told help desk my case above but I not receive any email or call from security team yet.

Great idea especially as logging in can be really slow however even after downloading the app it just kept whirring away trying to register my device, not very impressive at all.
