  • Best at home strength training program for women out there

    Wow, I wish this was available during Covid or maybe it was I don’t know… I’m 54 and in the best shape of my life because of this program. I am not one to be able to do my own thing I have to follow along with programs. Her strength training is specifically everything I’ve looked for in a program. I’ve transformed my body. There’s no fluff or glam to it, she’s very down to earth and gets straight to it. Please keep your programs as is don’t change a thing!! 😘🥰
  • Love Stacey’s App!

    I first found Stacey on Instagram and the followed her to YouTube. Those platforms were fine but her App is even better. All the workouts are in one place with no ads! I am able to find a workout based on length of workout, style of workout, and what muscle group I want to work that day. Stacey has just announced that she will be posting monthly calendars on the App to help plan workouts if that is something you are interested in. In addition Stacey is friendly, witty, and very supportive. She will answer any question you have through the community board that is part of the App. Staceys App is definitely worth every penny!

    I’ve been working out to her video’s for a couple of years and she is great! I hate working out but know it’s so important as I get older to use weights and keep my bones strong. She has a way about her that you feel like you’re working out with a friend, and she knows just when you’re about to drop and encourages you to keep going. Highly recommend!
  • Best for strength

    I found Stacy on instagram and continued to follow her with her strength workouts. I have purchased her first program and love it. I was excited for her new strength program. I feel like I am working out with a friend. She pushes you and also encourages you along the way. I also bought her nutrition guide which is filled with so much information. I am 57 years old and I am working to be my best self the app and program are easy to follow all you have to do is hit play. She does all the planning for the workouts.

  • Try it you would not regret it.

    Love how easy is to follow Stacey workouts/routines. Found her on YouTube and it has been my go to for about 3 month so I just got the 6 wk program. Today was day 1 and love, love it!
  • Great app with an excellent instructor

    I came across Stacey’s IG page from an Apple News article in the fall of 2023. Since then I’ve subscribed to her IG, YouTube channel, and now a paid subscriber on her app. She’s like my own personal trainer. I love her workouts—she offers a variety from strength to barre, even focusing on specific muscle groups. While the app is new, she’s adding content weekly. And considering the costs of gym memberships and other higher paid on demand subscriptions, this is definitely a great value in comparison. You won’t get bored or have trouble finding a workout with her app (or her free content). And her personality is genuine. She’s passionate about what she does and has fun doing it.

    So thankful to have found Stacey on instagram. In fact, she is the only reason I kept the app. I’m also in my 40’s and have been searching for a real program to keep me going. I purchased the 4 week program, it’s challenging and amazing! Thank you so much for this. Can I also add, she is adorable and is very relatable. Thank you!

    This program is sooooo great! Super easy to follow. Hard!! But not to hard. Incredibly well balanced. And actually a LOT of fun! Highly recommend.

  • Love Workouts & App Features

    I just completed my 7 day trial and love the app so much I bought the annual membership. I found Stacey on Instagram and YouTube and fell in love with her style. She is real and inspiring. She can help you reach your goals no matter what your fitness journey looks like. The app is very well designed and organized. I love the ability to favorite workouts, filter and search for workouts as well. The calendar option to schedule your workouts onto your calendar was a game changer for me. I book the workouts each week so when I wake up I don’t have to spend time talking myself in or out of a workout. I look forward to seeing what new workouts get added each week and look forward to growing and engaging with the community in the app. Thank you to Stacey for her hard work and inspiration.

    This app is so great! Stacey brings great content and actually works out alongside you. It feels like working out with a friend! I have followed her on Instagram and YouTube and this next step is so exciting! The workouts are quick, effective, and never boring. The app is well done and visually pleasing. Just do it!
