I have been depositing money!!!
And keeps losing and when I tried to redeem some of the tickets I earned for some money so I can play more and it asked to link my email, bit I never received any emails … I tried several times it don’t work.. Will not recommend the game at all!!!!!MrKindEnough515

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry for the confusion regarding deposits and withdrawals. The app will always give a confirmation prompt before making a deposit. Money can only be taken from your bank card after you confirm the transaction. Please note that the Deposit tab is to make deposits into your game account, not your bank account. If you want to deposit into your bank account, you can submit a request by going to Withdrawal in the game menu. Please contact Player Support if you need further assistance. I made a withdrawal of $17 but o let received $6.12 in my PayPal account. They claimed the balance was sent to a Mastercard that not only have I have not used but that I do not own. This is a total scam.Ebonygem
