**Scam Alert: Deceptive Practices and Zero Customer Support** This company is a complete scam! They lure you in with big promises, but once you've paid, it’s all downhill. You can’t even talk to a real person—every interaction is handled by AI, which does nothing to resolve issues or address concerns. It’s impossible to get any help or accountability. To make matters worse, they hide their terms until after you’ve paid, so you’re stuck with no recourse when they don’t deliver what they promised. They offer no solutions, no refunds, and no human contact. It’s all just a ploy to take your money without providing the services they advertise. Avoid this company at all costs. I’ll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and spreading the word to prevent others from being scammed. Don’t fall for their deceptive tactics! If you actually scroll and read the reviews, it appears that they are all AI generated fake reviews.

“Money back guarantee” Lie
This platform could’ve been a great resource for what they are advertising they offer but aside from that I was very unhappy with customer service and their strict Refund policy after not canceling my trial period on time.
Make sure to subscribe using Apple Subscriptions instead of on their website since Apple will ALWAYS refund you if you’re unhappy for any reason.
The Coursiv team will not and they will just email you back to go ‘read their policy’ and reject you because they can. Everyone should have a right to a refund especially if the platform wasn’t even used. I will never subscribe again, I do not like companies who refuse to give money back.
