**Scam Alert: Deceptive Practices and Zero Customer Support** This company is a complete scam! They lure you in with big promises, but once you've paid, it’s all downhill. You can’t even talk to a real person—every interaction is handled by AI, which does nothing to resolve issues or address concerns. It’s impossible to get any help or accountability. To make matters worse, they hide their terms until after you’ve paid, so you’re stuck with no recourse when they don’t deliver what they promised. They offer no solutions, no refunds, and no human contact. It’s all just a ploy to take your money without providing the services they advertise. Avoid this company at all costs. I’ll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and spreading the word to prevent others from being scammed. Don’t fall for their deceptive tactics!

Coursiv is only good if you like copy paste learning. It won’t get you anywhere with actually learning and applying knowledge. Oh and if you goof and buy a month on their website and call them on bad content: no refund for you unless you give them 21 days of your life and you have no special needs (personal reasons) or financial reasons (wanting your money back for a bad product) and if you want to waste your time explaining everything that would make it right to them. I’ve only completed two lessons this far and I’m excited to learn more. At first I was hesitant to spend the money for this course but I am truly glad I did.
