Disappointed with customer service
It was not clear upon signing up that this was for AI learning and also not clear that I was signing up for a subscription. When I told them my last subscription charge would put my family and I in a hardship without food or gas and I wasn’t aware i had a subscription I needed to cancel, they initially came off as unconcerned and focused only on policy. However, after further negotiation, they were able to be flexible and return some of my money given my concerns. It may take some time, but you’ll likely get your needs met if you’re willing to engage proactively. I’ve certainly had worse customer relations experiences.Show lessandyo1989
