Airline fine app terrible
I am a bit confused whether my star rating is supposed to be for the whole airline or just the app - which is it? I assume just the app and which is indeed terrible as is the website. Have had no problems with flights themselves or other parts of the airline.

Horrible airline
Unreliable. Cancelled my flight 6 hours before departure with no valid reason. The first time I used this airline and definitely the last time. Simply the worst.
Overall terrible experience
Online check in randomly unavailable for certain routes, which is not communicated prior to booking. Have to be at airport 3h before flight to check in (despite website saying 1h). Customer service is rude, and provides misinformation and mixed messaging. Recommend any other airline.

They are robbers, avoid. Unprofessional and unreliable airline. Never buy ticket from this company ever again! Don’t use this airline if you want trouble.

Even though I followed all the passwords and other rules, I could not become a member. I couldn't check in without being a member. a very unsuccessful app.
