Sarah is just a fantastic trainer - she is friendly, fun, encouraging, supportive,positive and motivating. She knows just how to push you and get the best out of you. The workouts are varied and always on point. I come away from every session always feeling like I’d achieved something and knowing I worked a lot harder than I would have done. I have personally come a long over the past 3 years, lifting heavier, losing weight and just recently getting back into running thanks to the last challenge.
The lovely community we have is just amazing! We all support each other through the good and bad times and I for one couldn’t have got through some ups and downs without these ladies!! Definitely friends for life 🩷🩷
I’ve got into a routine and habits now thanks to Sarah and the girls, I’m really excited to keep going with my fitness journey and keep progressing every week! 💕💕
