Top Notch app

I have had the wonderful privilege to be able to see Lindsey Harrod’s platform change throughout the years. The Uplift app really incorporates it all. I love that it is able to house the workouts on demand and anyone is able to partake in a live class experience on their own time. The access to challenges, meditations, and nutrition are top notch. The community she has created is amazing and supportive. Always looking forward to logging into Uplift.

The absolute best

I’ve been working out with Lindsey since 2020 - her positive energy, passion and dedication
are contagious. I genuinely look forward to working out bc of this platform / community. The new coaches she’s brought on are just as wonderful and talented in their own ways — I loathed anything Pilates until I tried it with Coach Meg, now I love it and my body craves it.

Every class on the platform is different (you’ll never get bored), but there’s consistent formatting and flow so you don’t ever feel lost, and the playlists are 10/10.

I started working out with her after I’d already had a very regular and consistent fitness routine, but her programming has helped me get much stronger, build muscle, and feel confident in lifting heavy weights in ways I’d never even considered before.

I can’t say enough good things about this fitness app—it’s completely transformed the way I approach health and wellness. From the moment I downloaded it, I knew it was going to be different from other apps I’d tried. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate, and the personalized workout plans have been an absolute game-changer.
The guided workout videos are another highlight— having Lindsey right there with me, cheering me on every step of the way.

Phenomenal

I’ve worked out at a gym and boutique studios religiously for 20 years, then Covid hit and my fun and outlet and “everything” ended. Until I found Coach Lindsey (and coincidentally Coach Meg, who has serendipitously joined the platform). Her workouts are top notch, perfectly programmed, and the lives are not to be missed! She’ll correct form, the community is a blessing, and I’ve never felt stronger. Even though everything is open again, I prefer to get my home workouts done and dusted - I know that she and Coach Meg will bring their A games and encouragement daily, and that I’ll be better off for having spent that hour with Uplift. Bonus is that everything is available on demand for travel or to accommodate schedules. And the cherry on top is Coach Alyssa, whose meditations and mindfulness practices are somatic and incredibly deep. Can’t wait to see how these ladies level up next!

Nothing else is Uplift

I have been workoint out using Lindsey Harrod's workouts since COVID. Over the past few years I have have occasionally needed to pause my subscription for travel. In those breaks I have tried other workouts, and there is honestly nothing out there that compares. Lindsey's workouts are challenging and effective, and can always be tailored to your own individual needs. She takes the time to coach proper form and she is the only coach out there that I trust!

1 million percent worth it

I originally found Lindsey during Covid when she was doing live Instagram workouts. I have never seen a better change in my body than when doing her programs, so joining uplift was a no brainer. Her classes are truly challenging but they push you more than you knew you were capable of! Coach Meg is also an incredible addition. Both ladies are so strong and inspiring I'm more than happy to support them on Uplift and in their other endeavors. Can't wait to see how the community grows!

Never Gets Old

I started working out with Lindsey during the pandemic when she was only doing Instagram live workouts. I was so nervous that working out from home while studios were closed would be boring and I would not be motivated, but I immediately fell in love with weight training and the way it made me feel. It is clear that Lindsay puts a lot of thought and dedication into her programming and after almost 4 years of doing her workouts Monday through Saturday, I can confidently say that I have never thought about trying another program. Each week should bring something new to the table and I would recommend her app to anyone. I’ve never felt so confident in my own body!

Honestly, ever since COVID, I started following Lindsey with her live workouts. The way she structures the workouts is game changing; they have been the only ones that have helped me see results. Her energy is amazing and there is always something to pick depending on your mood, from “I don’t want to be able to walk from a leg” workout to “I’m on the day of the month” one. This app has you covered. And the best part, you have fun doing them :)

JUST GET THE APP!

My gym closed during the pandemic, and luckily a friend had recommended Lindsay Harrod. I’ve been with her ever since! From the og instagram videos, to the LHF app, and now to the amazing Uplift. She’s constantly pushing hard in her workouts, which is so incredibly motivating. There’s so many options of classes and challenges. She’s even added meditations, recipes, etc. and is always improving to help her community. Oh and great music too! JUST GET THE APP! ♥️

Lindsey’s platform is one of a kind

I was doing mat Pilates only before joining Uplift and not only did I notice a difference in my physical composition, but my mental! If you take the opportunity to join the live workouts, there’s truly something so special about the community of mostly women cheering you on. Lindsey is an incredible coach - the reminders that we can lift heavy weights and we’re stronger than we think go far beyond just working out! Her impact on my mindset has carried through the rest of my life. This app is well worth it.
