I love this app so much 💕

Okay, hear me out Lindsey’s workouts are chef’s kiss. 👌 My favorite favorite are the 10 minutes of mobility. Im stretching muscles I didn’t even know existed! 🙆‍♀️ And don’t get me started on the workouts they’re the perfect combo of ‘wow, I’m really doing this’ and ‘please send help,’ but in the best way possible. Zero boredom here. 💯 Plus, Lindsey is a total boss and such a girls girl, you’ll feel like you’ve got a workout buddy cheering you on the whole time. Obsessed! ⭐️💜💪

You should join!

I’ve been enjoying Uplift for about 7 months now, about 5 days a week! All you really need is a range of weights (I have 3lbs to 50lbs) and a bench. The classes are hard but Lindsey pushes you and provides so much guidance, motivation, modifications and education. The app itself is so easy to use — I haven’t taken any live classes but typically just follow her weekly schedules (using the recents category). If you’re traveling without any equipment, there’s a category for this too. I’ve been active my whole life and was a barre instructor for several years — the combination of mobility, strength training, HIIT, Pilates, conditioning makes me feel stronger than ever.

Best workout app!

I have tried multiple different workout apps and nothing compares to Lindsey and her workouts. I have been following her app for a few years now and it is worth every penny. It’s not only easy to access and follow, but she provides well rounded workouts and each week finds new ways to push you. There is a good variety and it never feels like you’re doing the same thing over and over again. Not only does she provide workouts, but you get access to meditations and recipes to help meet your fitness goals with a well rounded approach. The live classes each day gives you the opportunity to receive real time feed back and corrections from her as well as get motivation from working out with your coach and other girls providing a sense of community from the comfort of home. If you can’t make the live classes they are all posted on-demand to be done on your own time and you can stay up on your fitness goals. I have never felt stronger and more in shape and using this app has given me a whole new sense of confidence in myself and my strength. I have been and will continue to recommend this app to everyone. You cannot go wrong with working out with Lindsey and using Uplift!!

Uplift is the BEST

I have been a loyal Lindsey Harrod follower since the 2020 pandemic. Her workouts and platform continuously impress me - never getting stale or boring. They make me feel strong, sexy, and uplifted 😉

Lindsey is up to date on ALL of the most research-backed physical training and mental health tools and brings her training to this platform. Such an easy interface as well. HIGHLY recommend.

Best investment!

I’ve been doing Lindsay’s workouts since 2021 and have truly never felt stronger. She does such a great job of planning macro and weekly challenges and I’ve loved the additions to her platform (Coach Meg’s Pilates series, the recipes and the new app!) Really love that she always is right there with you in the workouts as well!

You want to werk sign up ! Killer workouts

I loooved every workout I tried on this app!! Lindsey really brings all the energy and best workouts with very little equipment needed!! every workout that I completed made me sore the next day me personally I loved that !! Her workouts made me feel so challenged ! I have been working out for 1 year now on my own but needed a little bit of spice to change up my routine and I can sincerely say that Lindsey knows what she is doing !! I am a SAHM and found these workouts to be very do-able while having your kids around when you have no sitter so that is a big plus !! I highly recommend

Life Changing for a Fair Price

I’ve been following Lindsey’s workouts for a few years now and I continue to happily pay my monthly subscription to her app. Lindsey offers a unique program in that she fully does the workout alongside you, whether you attend the live session or watch the recording on-demand. I believe this has helped me significantly as someone who has struggled for a lifetime with consistency and gets bored very easily. Lindsey’s workouts are varied, she uses great playlists, always explains how to ensure you have proper form, offers adjustments, and is overall genuinely enjoyable to workout alongside with. I love seeing the weekly schedule and the additions she has recently made to the app to include meditation, pilates, and recipes to really bring your health journey full circle. If you’re doing these workouts consistently and implementing a healthy diet - your life will absolutely change and for that, this app is priceless.

Thank gosh for Lindsey Harrod!

This app, powered by Lindsey Harrod, is quite literally a game changer. I started for working out with Lindsey during COVID with her IG lives. My mental health revolves around an hour a day, with her, in this app. Her energy, enthusiasm, spirit, tenacity, and wealth of workouts is remarkable. Could never express the amount of gratitude I have for Lindsey, and the Uplift app.

Uplifting and Empowering Workouts

I have worked out with Lindsey since 2020. Every workout format is wonderful. I love the heavy lifting it makes me feel so strong. Now combining the strength training with Pilates, meditation, and recipes makes this such a well rounded app. I love the energy Lindsey bring every day to her workouts and to the app!

BEST WORKOUTS

Lindsey’s workouts are based off of functional movements and they just make sense in the body! I love how my body feels after every single class and the way she programs out each week is so thoughtfully curated. Having live classes M-Sa keeps me so accountable and CONSISTENT! I have definitely seen results in my muscle definition since working out with Uplift consistently. I’ve gotten some of my friends on board too!!! 🩵 highly recommend!
