  • Game changing app!

    This app has changed my body and the way I workout! Not only are her workouts challenging and scalable (to meet you where you are at), but also the community is supportive and encouraging! She approaches fitness with health first mentality - not about weight, looks, etc but about training for life and all the other benefits and gains of exercise (bit I guarantee you, you will also see the physical gains)! I love this community, the workouts and Lindsey’s training style - strong focus on form, progressive overload and also taking what you need. I’ve been training with her at home since 2020 and have never felt stronger and more confident!

  • Get this app if you want to feel great

    The workouts here can be done on your own time or live with trainer Lindsey or Pilates with Meg. They are both amazing and it’s like having a private trainer at your fingertips and in the comfort of your own home. I got so strong and lean in just a few months of following their programming. Highly recommend

    Lindsey Harrod’s workouts are the absolute best. Uplift makes finding a workout so easy and the class variety is amazing with the pilates and meditation additions! These workouts have been my go-to since Covid and I go back and back because they are so good! Highly highly recommend!

    I found Lindsays page during the pandemic and never looked back! Her workouts are fun, always new and definitely uplifting. The all access pass is so worth it - with live workouts and also on demand to do whenever you feel like it!

    I have consistently incorporated workouts with Lindsey since the pre-pandemic days - over the years she has always stayed true to the foundation of what has made her one of my all-time favourite instructors - challenging workouts, killer music, GREAT energy - but continues to level herself and her community UP! Uplift is a best-in-class fitness app - the workouts are the highest quality burn and progressive training is always encouraged, Lindsey has grown the platform with additional trainers that bring their own style and expertise, and I love how mindfulness is now incorporated into the app as well. The app offers something for whatever I may need to support my goals and move my body daily. Uplift is so empowering, motivating and will help you see just how strong you are.

  • Best workout, best vibes!

    LOVE UPLIFT! Lindsey brings such an infectious energy, making each session feel like a fun hangout with a bestie rather than a drooling workout. All you need is bands, weights and a bench and you can do it all at home. It’s HARD and I mean that in the best way. I literally look forward to my workout everyday and always try to make the live sessions because the vibes are just that good!!!

  • I love working out with Lindsey

    I’ve been working out with Lindsey and feel stronger and more confident in my abilities to push myself in my home workouts. I don’t like working out in a gym, so having this app makes me feel I have a personal trainer who corrects form thru clear instructional cues and alternative options based on my fitness level. I don’t do the live workouts, but the in-app library of on demand workouts and challenges is perfect to accommodate my own schedule. And I don’t have to think about planning which day of the week is leg day, or arm day, etc. It’s all laid out so I don’t have to think, just show up for myself.
