  • Brilliant nostalgic fun

I loved this game when played on PC and this version (which I’m playing on my iPhone) is just as good. Admittedly the small screen makes it difficult to find some objects but the game is meant to be tricky and make you use your brain. If you want a game that’s a walk-through download something made for kids 😂 Haven’t had any issues with crashing so seems like the updates have fixed previous issues. Highly recommended!!

  • Buggy and slow

The game crashes constantly, and the characters all move too slowly. I mean physically. You could probably finish the game in an hour, but the characters walk so slowly it octuples the play time.
  • Runaway

I like the game and the easy interface but after I completed the first mission the game glitched and froze. I went back to the saved point and at the same spot it glitched again.
  • Annoyed

All I want to do is play the game but I have to go through this whole annoying story mode that I couldn’t care less about.. if I could skip the stories that would be one thing but it’s not even allowing me to skip that story that is just pointless! I haven’t even been able to play the game because of the stupid story!

  • Great Game

Plays like a dream. The glitch about moving the rock has been eliminated, thank goodness. This is a great conversion from the PC game. Great graphics and sound.
  • I was enjoying, until...

As a huge fan of classic point and click games, I was surprised I hadn’t heard of the series, then even more surprised at how much I enjoyed it, to begin with...
I have almost completed the game, however, as per nearly every other review, ‘glitches’.
As others have described, there are constant crashes. Through gameplay none of these affected my progress, each time it crashed and I restarted, I returned to the most recent moment.
Until a final crash, suddenly a task is ‘completed’ although I hadn’t finished the puzzle, nor can I now obtain the item.
    Leaving my gameplay unfinished.
For how much I was truely enjoying this game, albeit crashes and the excruciating wait time whilst the character walks from location to location, I was very disappointed in such regular and frustrating problems.
Especially years after realise, and for the price.
    Please update.

  • Still crashes

Thought I’d try this game even though a lot of people said it crashes 6years ago.
However it’s September 2020 still crashes.
Automatic save when it crashes so you’ll have to restart the game
  • Buggy - don’t buy this

Several people have reported fatal bugs. The app keeps crashing at the end of the second chapter- I can’t get any further. The dev doesn’t appear to care.
  • Unplayable due to bugs and poor game design

This adventure game has a very good and engaging story, but it is let down by software glitches and poor game design. I have lost count of the number of times the game crashed on my iPad, probably more than 10. Fortunately, most progress is automatically saved. What really lets down the game is the poor game design. In numerous places, you have to perform actions that don’t serve to advance the story. For example, leaving and immediately re-entering a room. Another issue is that some items can’t be picked up unless you have talked to the right characters, because of this you end up running back and forth picking up items you have already discovered and realised you will need in the future. The worst was probably the puzzle where you have to perform the same trip to pick up water 5 times before progressing.

  • Glitch

I paid for this game which I rarely do but I really liked the style of game play so I thought what the heck. Anyway I’m stuck where you give the mint chewing tobacco to the big guy. When I tell him I need help the game glitches and on the screen it says “well it’s” but it won’t say that I need a huge rock moved so I can’t progress in the game
