Meals come up without being selected, don’t realize this until ready to serve
customers get charged for meal they didn’t order
they know about the problem and after 6 weeks they still can not fix this lost 1000s $$$$$ because of this and they say they can’t be liable if the app isn’t working properly they are still trying to resolve this and are looking at getting it fixed i’m the next 4 weeks
and wee just have to bear the losses till then

Been using Kounta for years!
Kounta is great! I’ve been using it for years. Does everything I need it to and more.
Be warned - sales staff will screw you over.
Well here is an opportunity to invest into a POS system with no sales support. You won’t get good advice on the system, what to buy to use it or how to use it. When you buy collateral you will find out you can’t return it because they make up policies to suit themselves and not the end user. The support for setting up the system is good and the staff do their work to get you going.

Fantastic and easy to use POS.
I gave them a 5 star but still would love to see improvements in reports.
Reporting data is by calendar day and does not suit for businesses trading past midnight.

Good for a cafe not a restaurant
I’m only giving three starts due to the fact that they haven’t done any change or update on hiding/locking lunch menus after certain time and also not being able to creat a feed me option were you click one button and the set menu is already ready to print. They take forever to introduce new features. App keeps crashing randomly. Costumer support isn’t great.
