Good system, reporting needs to improve
We mostly use the POS. Easy to set up, easy to use. Great support.
Only gripe is reporting. It’s not all that useful for decision making.
Improvements would be to allow reporting by tags, and better product groupings (restricting by category and reporting group is seriously limiting).
Need more exception reporting. Need to be able to export all data without having to go through the paid API (csv download for sales lines)

Powerful and connected
Having Kounta connected to Xero and Deputy saves us time, money and supercharges our reporting. Recommend!

Customers are well impressed when you turn up to their table and you take there order and know that as soon as you are entering the items it's getting sent straight away.
Busy bar service is easy and slick payment when combined with Tyro eftpos. The interface is so easy to train staff on and the back office controls are awesome.

Great app!
This is a powerful app that is easy to use and allows business owners to get up-to-the-minute sales information from anywhere they have an internet connection. My only request would be that the product tiles are scalable so that they can be enlarged on the larger iPad Pro screens, making ordering in fast-paced environments quicker.

Kounta is the best and most flexible EPOS systems i have used. The range of functionality and customisable product options makes this one of the best EPOS system out there extremely cost effective too.

Really love everything about this app. It's perfect for getting off those clunky pos solutions. So amazing to be able to log in and see all sales data remotely. Best off all integrates perfectly Xero and a bunch of other cloud apps!
