Avoid at all costs
Gone from being a very useful KOL student App to a totally useless poorly configured App. The A to B mode has gone and the developers stated that there was a flaw with the update. It will also take up to a month or more to put right. No refund or extension on my current subscription given . I have cancelled my ongoing subscription . I would advise other KOL students to do the same. Totally unacceptable and appalling Customer Service. Avoid at all costs

It’s not user friendly
It’s not as smooth as use to be, if you want to move the map around you have to turn off the pen sign first otherwise red lines going to be all over it.
I liked it before the update, it was nice smooth and user friendly,
The screen feels very heavy and it’s not smooth to move the map around.
Please sort this out and make it smoother to use.

Very useful app
Really useful app for London cabbies. Even better features added on new update. Scrolling could be a bit smoother though!
White screen
Had this a few years now. It’s been great until now. Subscription renewed and now won’t load onto my phone. I just have a white screen. Have no idea who you can contact to get it fixed

I have found this tool much more useful than “google”.
A quick glance at the location and I’m away. It’s all mapped out on the screen for me to see. Plus I don’t require WiFi for it to work. Good old A-Z map too. Brilliant tool.

The out of range app
The map on the app is quite detailed which is quite nice, however whenever I want to see an area it is only showing me a 3-4 mile radius instead of the 6 mile radius. When I try to scroll around, it doesn't even load up I am simply greeted with a white out-of-rang border.
This is extremely frustrating considering that the app costs so much, and for such a high price this feature should surely be included. The app requires this feature, so if you could update it that would be perfect. Otherwise I wouldn't be very likely to recommend the app to anybody else.

Rip off
If I buy a paper map I’ve got it for life, I know it will go out of date but this time, even with the quarterly update this map is still out of date and at the end of the year you have to pay for it all over again.
My advice is to forget this and download the ordinance survey off-line map of London, it’s free and so are the updates.

I use A-Z maps because of my study for the knowledge of London, because I use it frequently and London streets are changing quickly I find A-Z maps are so slow to update the changes that take place even though I get four times a year an update.
I see that some streets are still one way system for about a year and some of them still the same.
So why I pay £39 a year when google is free and has a fast update system.
For an example I find a point in 28 Basil street in Knightsbridge SW3 1AS it’s called the LEVIN hotel its a wrong position.

I’m a London Black Cab Driver. I love using this cabbie mate app. Very easy, to use. Takes you to A&B without any hassle. Especially, when you are around city of London or perhaps west end area. As a matter of fact, I can’t drive without the app.
