I’m personally sad Lego Life is going, but this is NOT the worthy successor, dawg. Like, you can see your own older posts, you can’t comment, it just feels like you WANTED to make a worse app. Just fix Lego Life, please. As far as I’m concerned, I’m not the only on towards bad feelings on this new app. I still like LEGO, but dawg build a better app.
First off it is so glitchy and it also has way less features than LEGO life. LEGO claims that this app is an improvement but I don’t see any thing that was done better. Maybe it will get updated and fixed but I find it really hard to post. Also all of the posts that I have posted on LEGO play have not been except by the mods, the posts have been just sitting there waiting to get accepted. I hope in the future this app can get an update and improved. But for now LEGO life is superior to this.

This is Scorpion_MOCs, and this app is NOTHING compared to LEGO Life. This app doesn’t show all of your friends, it doesn’t show all your posts, the way to post is garbage, and there is no groups as far as I can tell. Also way the app is formatted is kind of weird. Please bring back LEGO Life.
So I wish I can give this thing zero stars, compared to Lego Life (I’ve had experience) this is absolute trash, to point out a tiny bit of the flaws, I’ve had to log back into my account around 3 times because it keeps glitching, trending is always down, and nobody can comment (or knows how to enable it on there posts.) To top it all off I’m a comic creator on Lego Life and Lego Play has only ONE available photo to choose from, on Lego life I could make up to 12 photos of comics! So there is some things I must say that are good which is that it has dark mode (kinda) and the mini games are fun but besides that I’m talking to you Lego company, that making Lego Play is unfair and unnecessary because the Lego Life community has been shaping for around 7 years (I think) and I think you should keep Lego Life and throw away Lego Play

Hey, this is GreatestAlertEagle from LEGO Life. I’ve been on LL for 4 years, and I just heard that it was shutting down, and this app is the replacement. First of all, this supposed “replacement” app for Lego Life is really broken. The main page doesn’t load. I can’t see any of my posts or the comments on my posts. There’s no way to communicate, and no tending page or anything. The posts also take FOREVER to go through moderation. As I’m typing this, my post has still not gotten though. I know this app just released, but it really is not a good replacement for Lego Life. In fact, it’s even more broken than LEGO Life. Please keep LEGO Life and don’t shut it down! The community there is incredible and shutting it down and replacing it with this garbage of an app isn’t really that good of a decision. Thanks!
This app, Lego Play has new features and a good interface, but lacks the usefulness as it is extremely glitchy and will probably need to be worked on quite a lot. The old app called ‘Lego Life’ was easier to post on as the posts normally only take around 1-12 mins to be accepted by their ‘moderators’ but on Lego Play, their usefulness comes short- Posts take a much longer time to load and are normally lower quality photos than in Lego life. However, there are more ways to edit your posts on Lego Play and create more interesting posts as well, the upside is that there are fonts now, and also longer post titles, the downsides are that the app only allows one photo, and took away the ‘Gif’ feature. Overall, if Lego continues to work on this app, it could become much better. Thanks for your time,-CommanderPumpkin

I joined LEGO Life years ago and I don’t want it to leave, especially on august 1st, right before my birthday. 1 star, don’t take LL away.

This app is not a fit replacement for Lego Life. The Lego company should keep Lego Life up until Lego Play is better than LL, and then shut down Lego Life.
