"15 minute wait" is a LIE
The app says they'll comp a lift if it takes more than 15 minutes for a driver to get you, but what they dont tell you is that only counts for when you book the initial ride. The ETA for my via is 20 minutes after i booked it for the initial 13 minute wait.

Sometimes it picks me up just to circle back to my original pickup spot because it finds more people to pick up

My rides keep getting canceled and there is an un skippable pop up every 2 seconds. Do NOT recommend

So that if one's phone dies, one can still see the ride status on a spare phone or cellular tablet. Having no access to the info would make it much dangerous at night.
Also, searching up the destination is not easy. The search function is not intelligent. For instance, "Red Line Garfield" doesn't work; only "Garfield Red Line" works.
