Forced to download new version of app after having paid subscription to previous one. Now just completely ruined by ads. Don’t waste your time with this awful app.anyvalidnickname

I love being able to save my reels. However, I had paid for the other app and have lost that win the new one. Sooooo many ads. Is there anyway to transfer my subscription?Blue_tsi
Scammed me
I paid for the full subscription on the other app and then they moved everything and I lost it. They say to email them and I did for the past month and nothing happened. This is still a scamLegacy1212
Rubbish app
I had a premium account on InstaSave, the forerunner of this app. Forced to download this because InstaSave had “moved”. It’s riddled with commercials and pop-ups. Totalling impractical to use.Yermanffs

Hello i have downloaded other app name insta save..i got it premium done..then after a month it shows our app has been moved,please download our new app named In mark..then i have downloaded this app.But i have already paid for premium but this app…is not showing any premium…and so so many adds..i am saying app is bad..,but when i have paid for premium for earlier app,then why it is not showing here and i will try to attach screenshot as wellShow lessLv kaur

** update. After several emails back and forth they were finally able to get my subscription transferred to their new app. I feel like I should have gotten a few weeks free just for all the time, effort and follow-through it took to get this accomplished. It was not as easy as sending one email and *poof* it being transferred. I went for days of watching soooo many ads to use the app while I waited. I knocked one star off for all the hassle. That being said, the app itself works well. I’m very happy with it!!

Don’t bother with this app unless you will pay for it. It’s just unbearable. I’d almost want you to try it just to see how bad it is but to save your own time-take my word for it.
Like many others I was with instasave and paid for the annual subscription. Then they changed apps. After a few weeks I finally figured out how to request the subscription on this app that I already paid for. It did not carry over on its own. So I lost out on part of it. (About a month). They said they would only honor my plan until it’s expiration date but so far my account still says I’m on the free plan. Then they told me to give them a 5 star review and they would give me an extra week. What a joke.
I liked instasave app and I’m sure this would will get the job done but you can just go on safari and do this for free. After this I would pay for it and I’ll delete the app. I didn’t like the how that was handled.Show lesssweetsince80

I had a great experience! I switched from InstaSave to InMark when the app changed and the customer service helped me easily transfer my subscription over. I haven’t had issues with the premium version and I am very happy with the quality of the downloads!SierraSC77

After the change from InSave to InMark, I followed their instructions and updated the app to InMark. However, after downloading the new app, I started seeing ads even though I had already paid for the previous app. Additionally, the option to restore my previous purchase was not working in the new app. I reached out to the app support by using the email button in the new app and sent them a screenshot of my subscription purchase. They responded quickly and restored my ad-free account. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, I recommend contacting customer support, as they were able to resolve the issue promptly.Show lessApuAdwant
