I was a user of the previous app made by these creators called InstaSave. This is basically the same app. I loved the old one, and I love this one as well. I have never had a problem with the functionality of the app, and I have used the old version for over a year. I was worried when I got the new app and my annual license was not included, but a quick email to the developers go everything transferred over within 24 hours. do not purchase any memberships whatsoever. I purchased an annual membership in their previous app (instasave) which lasted about 2 months before the developers decided to DISABLE instasave FOR NO REASON and WITHOUT ANY WARNING, and force me to download this app. they do not have a support team at all, which means the annual membership that I purchased, DID NOT TRANSFER.
me and many other users would have to REPURCHASE a membership to have the same features again. but what’s stopping them from repeating the same thing? what’s stopping them from scamming their users all over again after 2 months?
tldr; do not buy any membership as this developer disables their app after 2-3 months, creates a new one with the exact same purpose, and forces users to repurchase memberships (not transferable at all).Show lessjeffcat101

I had paid for annual subscription through InSave app but initially it did not transfer over to this new app. I contacted customer support to let them know about this and they replied same day, resolving the issue by applying/ transferring my paid subscription from InSave to InMark. The process was seamless and customer support were excellent. Updating my review to 5 stars for the superb customer service, and incredible app. I’ve tried many Instagram apps to download stories/ reels but all have been terrible compared to InMark. This is a QUALITY app and definitely worth the paid subscription and top notch customer support.Show lessgatslingerr

I previously downloaded their app “Instasave” & “Tikdown” & i paid for annual subscriptions on both apps (1 year) & after just a few months the apps are no longer viable and i get a prompt that says “our app has moved please download this new app” & i download the app and the subscription DID NOT carry over. I still have about 8 months of a paid subscription left that i CANNOT use at all. Just straight up stole my money and changed the app. Insanely unprofessional. I have used INSTASAVE without any problems. I had my annual subscription there, now they changed to INMARK, I was able to transfer my subscription again by just writing an email to customer service. I am very satisfied with the service provided, they responded to me in just a minute.NazzS.

Phenomenal Customer Support. They transferred app programs in the middle of my subscription so I sent a them a message to find out what was going on. They responded quickly and resolved my issue just as fast. Highly recommend!rocket6to3
