  • Poor communication with paid end users

    I purchased the annual subscription (12 month paid option) through InstaSave (the old version) (in May) and two months later (July) there is a prompt stating our app has moved, please download our other app. This is a new app we are forced to download because the other one no longer works. Why did you as a developer do an app change without transferring current subscriptions? I paid for an annual subscription that does not continues when selecting the restore option in the new app. There was no communication about this pending change and disabling of the other app. It sends a message that this developer like others will attempt to scam their users out of money, regardless of the amount, without considering consequences. Will this issue be rectified or will refunds be issued? This is not the first app developer to do this, and it is an issue that needs to be addressed and stopped immediately.

    I had instasave+ premium before and they were kind enough to move my subscription to the new app. Just sent an email through the app, problem solved!
  • App is not working

    Can you please restore my premium account.
    I paid the subscription until December and since you moved I have not been able to use the app, it only gives me commercials, nothing is working.

    Please fix this as soon as possible.
  • Never seen so many ads

    Every single thing you click on, a new ad appears. Extremely long and frustrating. Even worse - the first few times you click the β€˜x’ on the ad it opens the ad link rather than closing the ad.

  • Worst app don’t pay

    InstaSave was amazing with paid version with zero ads, just got forced to migrate to this ad bombshell with ZERO option to move my already paid subscription.

  • Awesome

    I paid for no ads in the app this used to be…now they’re apparently someone new and there’s no option to restore my previous purchase. Not impressed by these people.

    IG and Fb changed the apps without any consideration of the consumer.A lots gambling advertisement and more difficult to download videos.

    They deserve this 5 star for costumer service support, they were very quick with resolution I had a premium subscription on their previous app and they transferred to this new one Is not just like those other scam apps who steal your money
  • Service Well Done!

    I was an avid user of their previous name InstaSave so when they transferred over, I sent an email to get my current subscription transferred over as well and they were so helpful with it and got me what I desired. I love using this app because it’s quick & easy to use with a quick copy of a public profile link to save pics and videos faster. So the fact that they notified us of the transfer and were able to accommodate me deserves a nice rating in my book.
