I currently have ANNUAL/PREMIUM plan and I’ve been using the app for over a year now. I wanted to download a clips from Instagram and when I opened the app, a notification popped up saying download ‘’INMARK’’ previously it was ‘’INSTASAVE’’ after downloading the INMARK I discovered I started to get ads which is no supposed to be as I have an annual plan, I contacted the customer service telling them and I was asked to do a screenshot and send to them, I feel they wanted to know if i actually had a paid plan, and after doing it they transferred the reminder of my subscription from the old INSTASAVE account to this current account without stress and all this was done in less than 15 minsShow lessJustice264

Love this app!
There are so many things that I like to post without them being cut off by Instagram and this is the app for it. Definitely worth the premium plan so you don't have to deal with all the advertisements. I use it at least three times a week.Aqauacat

Scam developers
The developer blocked access to their old app that does literally the same thing. I paid for an annual subscription, now I’m locked out of the old app just because the greedy developers want you to switch to the new app, so they can charge twice. Such a scam!j-low
Subscription not moved over
You guys claim to have move from InstaSave to this app with moving over the subscription fee I have already paid on InstaSave.
The ad on this app is so ridiculous it can’t even be used.Biijay 007

Your original app worked WAY BETTER! No ads and it was free!
I can’t even do anything on this app because everything I touch it gives a 1 minute ad. In order to download a 1 minute video from ig I have to sit through 3 ads? That’s ridiculous! Deleting and never downloading again. Ig does have a free downloading video thing on their app, you just can’t download everything.
Get your act together, not everyone wants to pay money and get ripped off for an ad free experience because the creators are greedy and charge way too much for that.Show lessDurango1718
