I’ve upgraded from instasave, same great experience downloading of videos fast, smooth and simple.
Customer service from the developers is WOW reply’s in a few minutes and a issue with my account sorted with little effort.

I’m giving 1 star for scamming practices in this company. Previously I bought premium subscription in app called InstaSave. After few weeks app stopped to work and requested to download InMark. Obviously my premium access didn’t move and I lost money. Absolutely disgusting practice of this company. Reported already to Apple and started charge-back process in my bank. I buy the original app InstaSave for a whole year with full access, and now they told me to download this app who is not full access. So they took my money I know I cannot do nothing. I’m using this app with all the ads.panarama100%

I had InstSave Premium and had been putting off transferring to InMark as the app was working great for what i needed. Had to move today and i must say the speed of getting my license transferred was fantastic!! It took two emails, one from within each app and my license was ready to use within 5mins

It leaves an incredibly bitter taste in my mouth that after paying for an annual subscription to instasave on June 10 and sending a couple of emails to customer support that went UNANSWERED about bugs I was experiencing with the app that when I went on Insta Save today I got told to download this new app. Oh and guess what. My annual plan that I just purchased only two weeks ago doesn’t transfer over. AWFUL customer experience for an otherwise great app when it worksShow lessrachel877711
