The timing of these functions do not allow the AI Coach to finish speaking because Iโm conditioned to click on them. It would be better if they showed up after the session.
Also it would be nice to replay the audio of the AI Coach in the notes area when I am reviewing the session again.

Best application that uses a different approach. The AI ask you what's going on then gets your feedback on questions they ask you. The conversation is short, sweet and to the point. Less than 5 minutes everyday. It gives you insight to express your own thoughts.

Game-changing tool for mental wellness
As a doctoral-level therapist and user of Pensive, I can confidently say that Pensive is a game-changing and potentially life-changing technology. The AI coach is able to sift through a diverse array of issues and thoughts, distill the essential points of what the user communicates, and non-judgmentally guide you to clarity and peace of mind. I'm writing this right after a Pensive session, which helped me sort through a stressful decision and I'm feeling so much lighter. Everyone deserves to gain such clarity and calm. In a word this app is remarkable.

Like a real therapist, but on demand
Pensive has helped me work through a lot. Itโs better than a therapist in that whenever Iโm feeling like I need to chat through something, itโs always there for me. And the discussion is smooth and personal. Highly recommend

Therapy meets Meditation
I loved Pensive when I first started using it, but more and more now, I find myself using it as a replacement for meditation. The benefits Ive gained from daily use are apparent (both to me and to my family), and the effect that consistent utilization has had on my mindset, my happiness and my focus have been big.

Amazing self care App
Iโve been using Pensive every day for a month. I have set my reminder for early morning, just after I get up. I admit, I was a bit skeptical at first. How could AI help me in any meaningful way? How would I feel about pouring out my soul to an AI App? Increasingly, however, I find myself looking forward to my daily session as this brilliant app, first and foremost, helps me get my head on straight and set an aim for the day. I never imagined that 5 minutes each morning could set such a positive course for my day. Each day it surprises me with a different exercise based on โwhatโs on my mind.โ Iโve found myself contemplating my values, what a perfect day might look like, and a healthier way to approach my never-ending To-Do list. The depth of the counseling is staggering. And I really appreciate the inspirational quote that is presented at the end of each session. If this app is an example of how AI can benefit humanity, please give us more.

Great app!
I love how the AI leads me through my thoughts and offers helpful insights. Generally a really good way to talk through my thoughts and not worry if Iโm putting a burden on a friend.
