Love it!
I was initially very skeptical of this app because I didn’t think it would be possible to effectively replicate “coaching” with AI. Well, I was wrong to say the least. The fear setting exercise was especially helpful for me with a professional hurdle, and we can all benefit from the gratitude exercise—this one is probably my favorite, always leaving me in a better mood after forcing me to recognize the little things. I strongly recommend Pensive. Even the voice is soothing!

Practical and helpful
The daily exercises have really helped me develop more positive and productive thinking patterns. I’ve been using for a few weeks now and notice significantly less unhelpful negative thoughts and have a generally more positive outlook.

I’ve really enjoyed using this app and will continue to do so. It’s like having a personal coach, psychologist, and friend with you at all times. My daily conversations with the Pensive AI have grounded me and provided me with the emotional support I need. Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of life, but this companion constantly keeps you in perspective, reminding you of what really matters. I’m happy to say that I’ve already uncovered incredible insights about my values, behaviors, and life in general in my short time using this app. I highly recommend it!
