Glitchy and inconsistent
It’s great when it works properly, but an aggravating disaster when it doesn’t.
Couldn’t log in on my iPhone, in fact it never even gave me a login option or link even after it confirmed that I have an active subscription.
When I try to watch a match it says only available to TCPlus subscribers, but won’t let me log in.
The in-app “customer support” is a joke, just a series of dead ends and forms to fill out that don’t seem to be submitted after pressing the submit button (neither confirms submission nor flags a problem or missing field, but just stays on the same screen after appearing to submit).

Absolutely Terrible
This is the worst app ever. I bought this for the French Open but is just frustrated and annoyed me. It keeps asking me to sign-in and when I am in it changes matches without me doing anything. It happened several times during key points. I emailed them and sent a FaceBook message. They seem to have no idea whatsoever as to how their app in functioning. If I read the reviews I wouldn’t have spent the money. They should be embarrassed So disappointing.

Never loads
This app almost never loads. I’ve tried all of their bug fixes. I constantly have to delete the app and download it again. It just gets stuck almost every time I try to watch live tennis through the app. It’s a truly trash app that needs major work.
Worst app ever
If I could give no stars I would. It’s great to watch the match but it keeps telling me to subscribe when I have a subscription already. It also charged me 3 times and it never worked. Finally got it to work after $300 of subscriptions for the French open…now I just went in to watch a match and it asked me to subscribe again! It’s just so bad! You can’t even get in touch with a tech person to help it’s awful!

Love it!
I’ve been using this app for a few years and I’ve never had these issues. Yes the app did crash last week during the French open(which was the first time). I sent an email and got an email 30 minutes later saying that the app was up and running. I seriously haven’t had an issue!
On Demand titles not showing up
Now the entire library of On Demand matches is not showing up in any platform. What’s going on? It’s always one thing or another with this app. Seems like the digital platform isn’t a priority for Tennis Channel. They are so far behind the state of the streaming art.
Literally does not work
I paid for the premium tc plus subscription and this app quite literally does not work.
Unless you’re at home with the absolute best Wi-Fi strength signal, it will not play anything live. I ride a lot of public transportation and it will never play, then I can turn on my other streaming apps for other live content, like the Fios app and it plays live TV no problem whatsoever. This TC app is just broke and terrible.

Awful app so far
I recently bought a the subscription plus to be able to watch on multiple devices So far watching on my iPhone is awful.....absolutely awful And if by any chance a match does stream it freezes and plays every 10 seconds
Seems fine
Was tricky at first because the only way u could sign in was with tv provider. I had to select a match that was on before I could use my user and password for tennis channel plus.
Doesn’t work
They actually made the app even worse than it was before. Now with this new update I can’t get any channels to load. Unbelievable for what you charge for a Plus subscription - that is impossible to watch both on appletv and iPhone. Argh. Terrible.
