Setup is absolute garbage and changing it to different GPS’s and appliances is not worth the hassle
If you have loyalty points at the truck stop it’s still not worth it. Get the lot lizard instead.

I just received a BlueParrott B250-XTS as a gift and it is not displayed as an option on the product list. There’s the XT and XT+… But no XTS. Could really use the headset while driving.Useless
Can’t update firmware through this app , I’ve had no success and the app says the update will take 20 minutes, why that long?Poor construction and unreliable!
I have bought two 550’s now and for the price I have paid these should have lasted longer than six months. The last headset which I purchased less than two months ago will now register my voice through the mic anymore. Connectivity is an issue as well and the speaker is extremely bad. It sounds like an old blown out midrange speaker from an old car stereo. Very dissatisfied with this product and will not be buying from your company again!!Show lessUseless

It takes up space in your phone for literally just a manual (barely) that you can find online in 2 seconds. It’s an app designed for you to see ads for other apps. Unnecessary.Where’s the firmware update
I downloaded the app only to do the firmware update of the 450, but I can’t even find that feature in the appTrying
So developers , I got the 550- because the 350x was hurting my ears- I downloaded the blue parrot app- for some reason with this headset and the previous one everytime I go to setup the blue parrot button in the app it disconnects and reconnects and continues the process- I’m trying to troubleshoot but we will see!Show lessThis company needs new management
