Overpriced, Crap App
Bought the headset s650-XT for the use of trucking but can’t even update it because the app is absolute garbage. Update fails the transfer every time and also crashes the other half of the time. Imagine charging $300 for a headset that can’t update. Absolutely pathetic, I hope this company goes under with this type of business model. Never buying a blue parrot ever again.Show lessMaster1john
Unstable
Keeps crashing when trying to update from iPhone 11 Pro Max. If it doesn’t crash, when it gets to end of the update process, it aborts and says that there was a loader error. Called BlueParrott (Jabra) they say, not there problem, because this is a third party app. Was told to use a computer to update. Part of the reason why I bought my headset was so I could update without a computer 👎 definitely would not recommend headset or app👎👎Show lessInsane Bacon

Click and hold on any app on your screen. Select “edit Home Screen” then click the plus(+) symbol on the upper left corner. Than scroll down until you see the “batteries” select button and click it. There you’ll see the widget to add on your Home Screen that shows the percentage of the battery to any device you have currently hooked up to your iPhone.Show less.'.'z

Simply because this app is so below standard I will return this headset. This app says a lot about BlueParrott and they are simply using parts available to create the headset which means their are other companies using the same parts in their headsets and selling it for a lot cheaper. Considering the price of the headset I was expecting software that, you know, worked.
I have a B450-XT which is a nice headset but I cannot get the software to sync up. It says the headphone is not connected when clearly it is since I am using it to make calls.I am unable to update firmware or really do anything with the headset via my iphone 13.Show lessWhether there is weather
