This app worked well and did exactly what it said it would do, I’m new to BlueParrot and found this app informative, easy to use, it’s also available for computers. I would recommend this app.Alan McD Smith
Doesn’t detect my headset
Despite being connected and working with my phone, this app does not detect the headset to update itjcs20000109
Crashes
This app is absolute trash. $200+ for headsets and the app constantly crashes. Can’t even update the firmware cause after it supposedly “Downloads the update” all I get is a blank white screen and then the app crashes. This is garbage. The whole team needs to be fired.How You Gonna Act

Extremely disappointed
I purchased the 550 model and as many have already said, you can’t program the Blue Parrot button because the app won’t recognize that headset is properly connected. I can make and receive calls just fine, but I expect to get the functionality I’m paying for!Lilredst3

Overpriced junk
It has more glitches and caveats than a cat having a seizure and getting the app to sync to the headset is infuriating as it will never happen… I literally ended up using my headphones instead.
