Useless
This app is pretty useless simply because after you connect with an agent, they cannot see all properties that you have favorited. There is no option for them to go in and click to see all properties that a client has favorited. In order to see any properties at the Client has favorited, the agent must look through the entire list of activity. Additionally, when a client creates a saved search in the app, the agent has no way to go in view the saved search. Additionally, again, a client cannot search for properties by county. Not everybody lives in a city where you can search by neighborhoods. Way to discriminate!

Amazing
This app is amazing for home searches across North America!
Best Realtor in Granbury!
We couldn’t ask for a better realtor than Ms. Terri Marsh in Granbury, Texas! Her knowledge of the city and Hood County was all we needed and she didn’t stop researching the market until she had a few great properties to show us. She even went outside the box in thinking about our wants and needs in a Texas home, showing us the best there was.
Terri was like a family member by the end of the process! If you want the best experience with one of the best realtors, call Terri Marsh at Keller Williams Granbury!

Best Overall Real Estate app
You can search and look at every home in the nation. There’s a local finder done by GPS which is the best feature IMO. If your in an area and simply hit “local homes” it will list all homes for sale in the immediate vicinity. Great when seeing a ‘for sale’ sign. You just open the app and the home will be right there for you to look through.
Very easy to use.

Definitely Needs Improvement
I tried to use this app rather than the website because I figured it’d give a better user experience, but it’s only a slight improvement which is disappointing.
This app freezes & crashes regularly. I face this problem very often when I’m simply trying to open a house that appears in my saved search results. Also, the performance of showing the full list of search results is very slow. After clicking the “View all” button, a “No search results” message is displayed which isn’t valid because several houses are displayed on the short view of the list. I’ve noticed if I wait long enough (too long, really), sometimes the results will display or the app will just give up and force close.
The price range fields are not a wide enough range. The field could at least be editable and allow for the user to type the desired price themselves instead of having to pick from options that may not be the exact criteria I’d like. I’m able to manually type a price on the website itself though.
I’ve also noticed that many houses are listed as condos, so excluding the condos option from the search filters hides houses that are actually listed as a condo. I don’t think that’s an issue with the app in particular, but is definitely a problem with the way new listings are added.

Great for house hunting!
Love the feature of searching for homes based on physical locations that you’re near by, as well as typing any city (regardless of State)! Only suggestion; to remove a home from the saved section, please add an option to select more than one home to unselect due to housing market being so quick. It would allow the user to unselect more than one (especially house hunting for months/years) and then quickly get to an updated saved profile.

Buggy
I’ve been using this app for about 3 months and it has shown me many homes in my area. My problem is that sometimes, no matter my connection, the app won’t show photos of the listings. No matter how long I wait or how many times I check my connection, I cannot see any photos. I end up going to other realtor sites to look up the address of homes that have interesting descriptions so that I can see photos of it.
Other times I’ll get locked into the listing page, unable to return to the map with other listings. Here I have to close out the app and restart it.
I’m getting really annoyed because what could take a few minutes each day to check current listings takes significantly longer as I navigate through the bugs on the app.

Kim Ramos, Agent
From start to finish, Kim was amazing! On relatively short notice from our initial meeting, her recommendations, the listing, her staging touches, the professional photography, the professionally produced brochures, the Open House scheduled for the first weekend following the first weekend, the feedback and follow up of each viewing her guidance on multiple offers, liaisonIng with the buyers agent and settlement to her post settlement follow up, she was attentive, professional, trustworthy and a true pleasure to work with.

Best Realtor Company!!
I had the best experience when I bought my last home and my realtor was Jesse Clarkson with Keller Williams and he was the best associate I’ve ever worked with hands down. He always had every answer to my questions and was extremely respectful and knowledgeable of his field and was always available whenever I had questions or wanted to see a property. I recommend him to everyone I meet looking for a home because he truly will get you the best deal with the best customer experience as well!

Well-intended app that needs work
The app is well intended to be disruptive, however, there are many things need to be improved:
1. There should be a way to contact technical support within the app.
2. When I open a listing, the detailed information would disappear after a few seconds, only the pictures are showing.
3. There should be a way to view sold houses. Every other major RE apps have it.
4. School district is a very important factor for many home buyers, and all major RE apps have the capability to view or even search by school scores.
As a real estate agent, I want my clients to use the best app for their home search, but KW still falls short on functionality and stability comparing to Redfin and Zillow. I really want to recommend KW without reservations one day. Keep the good work!
