Since update not working well
Since last update the metrics for buying a property, percent down, interest rate etc have stopped working. I updated my phone, restarted my my phone and have closed out and reopened the app and none of these options allow you to change them as you could have previously. This was an important feature for me. The description of the most recent update indicates it fixed bugs. I had not noticed any bugs until the most recent update and now I can no longer use this app like I used to and have reported to going other places foe my home buying info. I have the most recent version of the iPhone SE.

Crashing?
App keeps crashing for me, especially when toggling from map view to list view and when I try to sort. Also, it would be nice to have an interactive map within each listing so I can visually see where a listing is in context, vs. trying to remember what it was listed for and switch over to map view and find it by price. Complete waste of time when you should be able to pinch and zoom out on the map preview within the listing.

Sharing the app doesn’t work
When it’s shared in gives you directions to go in circles. Dear developer please stop getting defensive and fix it. If I share the app with my client I need it to work. If the text says this is the real estate agent I was telling you about and you can’t download it. The bad link is also shared on every our email. If it cannot be fixed write appropriate instructions how to use it. Thanks. Dear developer uninstall your app and try to install it from the link and see how the whole process is broken.

Can’t rotate the screen?
I have started using my iPad more than my computer, thus I have a keyboard that goes along with it. With apps like Zillow, I can rotate the screen from portrait to landscape and browse with my iPad propped up with my keyboard. Unfortunately, the KW app doesn’t allow this, and everything must be viewed in portrait mode and held in my hand. Given the size of the iPad, being able to prop it up on a desk makes real estate searching much easier. Guess I’ll stick to Zillow for now.

Very detailed app with great targets for answers to questions about the homes. Dominating marketing business development for the industry in this area clearly. Digital marketing with SEO search engine optimization for the new clients of this whole area great app for sure. Please fix
I absolutely love this app as well as my clients. Wonderful features & very easy to use. However, we have been experiencing a few glitches lately. When clicking on a home to view the app will force close! It’s been doing this for a little under two weeks now. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to discover that does not work. Please fix! Certainly a five star app when running properly.

I love that this app has all the steps to help in the buying process. It breaks it down and walk you through it so there are no unknowns. It allows you to contact your realtor in real time directly which also is an added bonus. If you need a realtor it also allows you to see who is in the area. I love that you can save the items you have looked at recently and get notifications on certain listings so you can stay up-to-date on your interests!

Location data is off, 50% accurate.

Open Houses
This is simple to use and I like sharing with my husband the homes I lime and seeing his are different than my favorites. It allows us to streamline sharing when we aren’t together during the day. Also, I can see an open house straight from the screen without having to click through each home. I am grateful my Realtor shared this me us!
