Can’t transfer membership
Signed up yesterday at location everybody told me it’s super easy to transfer to app and still can’t transfer. No help either.

This app is poorly created. No screens have a back button. Once I complete anything, the only way to get back is to close the app.

Doesn’t allow a spin every day as promoted, that’s frustrating. Have gone multiple days with out receiving spin opportunity.
There is No way to “ contact us” if there is a problem with service or app.

Can’t find the simplest way to manage your account.
I can’t get my plan to migrate to the app!!
I’ve been trying to register my car and my plan since I got the very 1st text about this app!!!
I paid for a whole even though I was out of town and could get the discount for adding my vCard and my account. The staff at my local wash today doesn’t even know why it is not working either.
I think you all need to work the bugs out of this app, so this doesn’t frustrate your customers like it has me for the last 2 months!!!!
