I pay for a platinum plan, but the machine will not scan my license plate. I demand refund.

What’s the purpose the “get a wash” button?

No rewards
So far I’ve had the app 3 days or so. 2/3 days I got no rewards from spinning

Horrible user experience . Website forces you to download app to manage unlimited washes. There is no way to receive billing statements on app or on website

Unable to select location
App continually asks for data that has been entered. Only loaded app so I could cancel my plan. Have silver plan and wash quality is poor. Have to manually clean rear end of my car after going thru car wash.

My first time at Mr Clean! Staff is outstanding! Very helpful. They will power wash your vehicle if needed before you go through wash. Every time!!! Towels and spray provided for your use. Power washed my mats ! I finally found a car wash that truly is amazing! (All Gate Express did was say no we can’t do that! No prespray! No we can’t rinse your wheel wells! No we can’t rinse your back windows). So happy I have a good wash and so much more! Special mention of Dom. Great young man very helpful and pleasant.
