Not sure why people are complaining, I’m sure they were dropped as a kid since clearly this game said it is still in beta and to report any bugs/glitches. Besides the negativity, I enjoy this game! Yeah there is ads but what mobile game doesn’t??? While watching ads I’ll just watch tv. Game is pretty common sense, and if you’re a 🤓, you already know to google the game if you need help. Already found a walkthrough guide to help me get every puzzle unlocked if I get stuck. I’ll rate 4/5, but everyone has their own opinions 😊

So far nonsense

I loaded this a few days ago, I can’t get anyone to earn spirituality, or be able to collect the last plank for the loveshack!
I tried emailing for support, but 3 times it bounced.
I even reset it. And no closer.
I’m close to deleting

Game Inconsistent and all Progress Regularly Lost. No Response from Support

I’ve had to restart this game twice now because all my points, progress and Villagers are lost every week regularly. I’ve tried reaching out to Support but get absolutely no response. Do NOT spend any $ on this until they get it right.

Waste of time

There is no way to ‘pray the vines away’ as none of the villagers can start with any spirituality exp. i tried to reset twice and click forever trying to get to a villager with ANY spiritual exp to get past the quest. not worth trying to play or figure out; ridiculous amount of ads and most are unexpected when clicking on normal things. very frustrated and bored with this entire experience. i saw an ad and thought it would be fun, i was completely wrong.

Not able to accumulate tech points fast enough without the collectibles

This game is better than the last virtual villagers game but not by much. There’s no collectibles available at the moment so getting enough tech points before everyone starves to death is a challenge. The amount of money you need to spend to purchase lava stones is eye watering and not feasible in the long run.

Games 1-5 were amazing and I still love playing them. The new ones I’ll probably stop downloading.

Expensive

The game is good, the tech points needed and lava stones needed are too expensive to purchase all the time. Even to upgrade the technologies is expensive to purchase. Y’all acting like we not in a economy where we don’t need our money for household things. Hopefully y’all get this together! I like the puzzles, very easy to get but again the tech keeps me from getting far. The villagers also die to fast! Please fix the cost to play!

Temporary Rating

I cannot for the life of me get a villager with any spirituality to even get past the beginning of the game! I’ve been trying for ages now but not a single villager has had even a sliver of spirituality yet.

Awful

Like other reviewers, I was super excited to see this. It’s unplayabley bad. It’s a lot like VV one as far as graphics and puzzles, but with cash grabs thrown in. It’s nowhere near as comforting as Tree of Life and the whole “dark curse” thing is as irritating as the natives in VV 5. Night lasts hours and everyone’s scared of the dark. It’s impossible to progress.

Also irritating is the scripted developer’s response to all the negative comments. “You can obtain gems other ways besides purchasing them. Any purchase will remove the in game ads. Please tell your friends they’re missing out by not playing our latest cash grab. Please tell your friends they are total losers for not liking this game. We value player feedback which is why we ask for it and then dismiss it!”

I love Virtual Villager !!Only thing that’s Frustrateing me is …

It’s very frustrating with how often the villagers mate and how fast they age. I have trouble getting them to like each other, and when they do finally have a baby it’s only 1 but my villagers have aged by 10 years. I love everything else about the game though. I’ve played all the virtual villagers and have loved everyone of them. If it can’t be changed I’ll just have to learn to live with it . ☺️ Overall 10 out of 10

Bring back the graveyard!

I’ve always been a fan of these games and this one is a good one! Of course there are a few bugs but it’s brand new and the devs are working on it! I’d love to see the graveyard brought back! I’ve had 2 villagers die so far and I don’t like how they just vanish from the game.
