This program advertised doing a scan of my face and then using the scan to help me pick hair ideas. But once installed, there is no interactive feature to give you personalized feedback. Instead, it contains a few video tutorials you could easily find on YouTube. Don’t be tricked.Unhappy User 36

This app is just videos. They scan your face to get you to buy the app. Absolute DO NOT do it. They give don’t give you any information for you personally. And then they don’t want to refund your money. There is no “money back guarantee “

I purchased a four week plan thinking that I would be getting some idea of what make up might suit my skin tone and what hairstyles may suit my face however these are all add on purchases and for that price I can just go to a local make up artist for help. Just like a whole other users, takes all your information, and for the money they charge you they give you information completely irrelevant to your needs. Will not refund you because of “personal reasons”. This app should be investigated and shut down.Ms. Lili917

Does not analyze your face and give recommendations or edited recommendations of your photo.. Don’t waste your money! This was their response when I tried to get a refund immediately after buying and discovering what it really included: Dear Customer, Thank you for your message! Please be informed that we have canceled your subscription, so no future charges are possible. Rip Off
They charged me full price twice before my trial period was up. This was before I realized I had also added on an extra and paid more. I took a picture which is never used in this app. They asked multiple questions. When I tried to find out my colors, the App showed nothing for women with gray hair. I asked for a full refund and the company only gave me 50%, which in turn was not a refund because they charged me full price twice. DO NOT USE THIS APP! Huge RIP OFFShow lessIfoundmydrean
