Like other reviewers, I got sucked in by all the personalized promises. There are none, just a few videos of simpering women applying makeup and skincare.
I demanded a full refund within minutes of downloading the app, and was promised a full refund. We’ll see.

Misleading SCAM
Based on the promotion, I scanned my face and it was stated I would get personalized recommendations and color suggestions based on my scan. I paid the $19.99 USD for 4-wk access to my personalized content (which was advertised at a discounted price with ability to cancel the renewal for the next month). However, after I purchased and paid $19.99 USD, I was offered an upsell to actually receive what I thought I was going to receive previously. They offered the “customized” upgrade for an additional $29.99 USD with a zero dollar renewal fee on that, so I declined. Then the same offer popped up to receive it at an additional $9.99 USD with no renewal fee. That alone is sketchy and not fair to the people that take them up on the first upsell purchase price. I declined that as well because the original promotion stated I would get customized services based on my scan. So I have paid $19.99 USD to watch stock videos tutorials that I could watch similar ones on the internet for FREE. Total waste of money. I entrusted them with my scan, and would’ve been a loyal customer spending money on the app subscription based what they advertised but they misled me. Of course I can cancel my renewal for next month, but according to another reviewer, they will not refund my initial subscription price. They are free to reach out to me to correct this fraudulent action, but I doubt they will.Show lessJudyInMinnesota

Do NOT purchase
I wish I could give zero stars. I decided to try this product due to the money back guarantee. As soon as I signed up I was bombarded with additional charges to get any of the features they spoke about. Realizing that there was no value in the original cost I immediately messaged and asked for my money back.
I was told they do not offer money back for personal preference-my not liking the product and what is offered does not qualify for the money back guarantee.
This company lacks integrity and has terrible customer service. Definitely not worth it.Show lessjessk1208

Misleading promo- waste of money
The ad promoting this app showed personalized recommendations based on your needs. When I clicked to learn more, it asked all these questions about your needs, took my photo, scanned my photo and said I would get recommendations based on my goals and needs so I decided to subscribe. It does not do any of those things. Once you log into the app, there are videos and guides that aren’t specific to me or what I wanted. I asked for a refund but was told I couldn’t get one just because it didn’t meet my personal interest. However, their misleading advertising and promotion should not be allowed either.Show lessAmrealcano
