SCAM
I’m not sure what company is running what to be honest. Perhaps this app contracts with several companies, but I signed up from a Instagram ad for a free week trial and then would have been fine to pay for a subscription for the “fashion advice”, but I could never even get the app to work and tech help could resolve the issue. I couldn’t sync the account I set up from the Instagram sign up to the account in the app. Support would send me a link to the app’s ’forgot password’ page, I go through the password reset option, and no email would ever come to my inbox or spam folder. Over and over at least 10 times and their support team told me there is not a refund option for “preference” or “financial” reasons. Their inability to get me access to the account I paid for is absolutely a legitimate reason to issue a refund. I’ll update this if anything changes.Show lessDeveloper Response

I signed up for the app and although I did not really want to do a phone interview, I went through with it. It took almost an hour. It seemed as though the lady was doing several interviews at the same time because I spent most of the time on the phone waiting for her. The outfits were nothing special and they did not feel personalized. I left this in the post interview review. I never received my outfits. The entire encounter was deleted from my session history, but I continue to be billed. Good thing I took snapshots of the zoom call to prove that I did in fact talk to a lady named Diana and that she had picked out outfits for me. This is the worst service ever and you do not need it. Anyone actually interested in fashion can use google or Pinterest to find outfit inspiration. I do not believe I got my moneys worth- in fact I feel I was robbed of the fees for the personalized “sessions” which were just texting and it seemed to take forever. I would’ve paid that money for an actual FaceTime with a human who could’ve helped me with my wardrobe but the fee doesn’t even include any clothing or discount. Do not waste your time, do not waste your money. The fact that it’s shrouded in mystery what you are actually paying for says it all. In fact, my credit card company initially blocked the transaction and I had to call and say it wasn’t fraudulent. That’s my biggest regret in regards to this service and should’ve been a red flag that I ignored so you don’t have to.Show lessDeveloper Response
