Helpful MLS Mobile App
I love having the mobile app. It makes searching properties for my clients super convenient. It’s like having a real estate consultant in your back pocket.
Unusable App
Wow! As a former software developer, I can’t believe this app was released. I’ve used apps in developed that have been more stable than this app. Saved searches don’t preserve filters or other settings. While looking at the map, it loses all the homes that you were just looking at as matches. The trend continues… Please hire some good software testers and don’t release until you have a solid build! Users, don’t accept half baked software like this app. Business can and should do better! Use only if you like frustration.

Incredible tools
Every time I do a class I learn more and more toolsets that will be so helpful for not only me but my clients. Thank you for being so proactive in making our jobs more professional & efficient!
Lots of room for improvement
Enjoy the quick search features available through the app. Have some issues with the app in general. The convenience of an app does not justify me using this poorly function system. I will still go to the website in my browser. I’d love to have this app become more usable.
Search function is horrible
The MLS search doesn’t allow cut and paste. The search function for addresses is so bad I have to use Redfin or Google to find the address. Should allow ALL address searching. This app is not end user friendly. I paid good money for my dues and at least you can do is up date this and not your office finishes….

The recent update is awesome!
I cannot recommend enough the new look of the MLS app! Easier to share listings, find listings, and even share the app with clients.
Doesn’t work
The purpose of this app is to filter down homes based on what you are looking for. The filters don’t work. I enter the filters and do the search and it shows listings that don’t meet the requirements entered. I’ve used both the website and app for years and it’s always been buggy. A Realtor told me they’d rather use other real estate apps over the MLS because this website and app is too buggy. I hope they will fix it but I doubt since these issues has been going on for years.

No seriously, who is 10-year-old? Did they hire to design this app? Want to find houses local in your area? Well, they have an option to do it but the app doesn’t actually deliver it. Half the time it freezes on you. The other half it just closes. Very helpful! Maybe invest some money in somebody that actually knows how to design an app? Wild thought I know but maybe give it a shot! seriously, if you’re looking to find local houses in Utah. You’re better off just driving in circles.

Fine, when it works.
This app has bugs. Fix them?
Drawing on map showing zero results, searches randomly show zero results, I log out and back in multiple times per day to correct the weird bugs.

Lame
Not as good as it used to be. Unreliable, constantly letting me down. The latest is that even though I’m logged in, when I share a home link to my client, it has the listing agent’s info in the listing when it is supposed to be my info. That has never happened before. Add it to the list of inconsistencies and failures of this app.
