  • App doesn’t work

    After reinstalling the app and trying several times to enter my street address, it kept giving me a bunch of error messages saying that it can’t process my entry. This blows. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
  • Tech issues

    First time user... Great concept for a service model- App is lacking in stability.
  • Don’t use them!

    Used them for a little bit and after a bit I started pulling out shirts I hadn’t worn in a while. They were completely ruined and custom shirts.

    Strongly advise against!
  • Great app and bad service

    I have used DryV for several months and have had mixed experiences. The service has been either perfect or frustrating. Depending on the specific cleaners that have cleaned my items, I have had a great experience or horrible experience. 75 percent of the time I did not have any problems. However, the other times have resulted in clothes not properly cleaned, items not delivered on time or lost, buttons missing on shirts, and ripped cuffs on my French cuff shirts.

    Whenever I experienced a problem, customer service was bad.

    Looking for a new service that delivers.
  • Expensive and slow

    These folks have a locker in my building, and I wear shirts to work every day that I'd rather pay to have cleaned and pressed than do it myself. It took them 5 business days to turnaround 2 shirts and a pair of pants, and their price per shirt is 3-4x that of local cleaners. I'd love to use them for my regular cleaning but the convenience isn't worth the premium they're asking.
  • Can’t see pricing

    The app constantly closes when clicking on the prices. Not cool.
  • Good idea, but very glitchy

    The app crashes when I try to look at prices... seems a little shady to me
  • Great convenient service

    The service has lockers in my building so I can drop-off and pick-up at my convenience. They're also slightly cheaper than my previous laundry service so overall I'm V happy with the app and service. Update, August 2018: reliability and turnaround time has gotten much worse lately, so I will be trying other services.
  • Make sure you allot all day for pick up and delivery

    I don't understand the point of picking a time frame to pick up or deliver the garments when the day they are supposed to arrive the time changes. I booked my pick up from 8am-11am and the app changed the time to 8am-8pm and the driver came at 1pm. I scheduled my delivery from 3-6pm and the app changed my range from 1pm-8pm. It's frustrating to plan your day around when the clothing will be ready, you would be better off picking up the garments at the dry cleaner at this rate.
  • Warning!

    I've hesitated with writing a review because I didn't want to be hasty or premature in my evaluation, but the time has come. After multiple mix ups, misunderstandings, misplaced items, and promised refunds that were charged anyway I am completely fed up. The service seems convenient as a business model, but there serious issues with operations and reliability. I recommend using a traditional dry cleaning company without the middle man (DRYV) and will regretfully deleting my account.
