This company is incredible. The app is even better. Super simple and straightforward. Allows you to input special instructions for the care of your clothing and easy scheduling for pick-up/delivery. Overall outstanding business.
For the first time experience, the driver was late. Super friendly, but late none the less. I was then late to my hair cut appointment. I had a quite a busy Sunday.
Anyway, I like the idea of this service and I am open to trying it again. I was told I could have a $20 promo credit, although I only received $10. I was also told ha weekdays are more 'on-time'. We will see how it goes!

Just completed my first order with DRYV and I was thoroughly impressed. The pickup window is a little large, however they did arrive within the hour. Being our first order, they were very helpful and friendly. My order was ready in less than 24 hours and I loved that I was able to schedule delivery right from my phone. The only thing that is a negative is that some of their prices are pretty steep. I sent a basic dress (nothing fancy) and it cost $10. Their prices for pants, tops, and suits are pretty reasonable given the pickup and delivery though.
Bought ok GiltCity $25 for $50 worth of dry cleaning. The service is amazing!! I'm not really a huge dry cleaning stickler but I am hooked and the convenience of pick up and drop off is amazing!! Especially in a city like Chicago where conveniences is key! Drivers have been super knowledgeable and courteous. Despite what I thought, they are entirely affordable and competitive with brick and mortar dry cleaners. I had a $50 credit and had three dresses, a down coat, three sweaters a blouse and my husbands dress coat dry cleaned and I STILL haven't used the entire $50 credit!! I will definitely continue to use even after my credits are gone :) there is a $20 minimum order but that's easy to hit, and I think it's reasonable and fair considering the drop off and pick up!
I love the idea of dryv. And the customer service is executed flawlessly between the app, on-time arrival of pickup and delivery. Though the quality of the dry cleaning is decent at best. When I pay a premium, I expect premium delivery. I will give them a few more tries, though I hope they step-up their game and partner with a better provider on the dry cleaning quality.
Definitely wouldn't give this service 5 stars unless they were offering me some money off (which I probably won't use, but hey, I like the cheap thrill of free money). The service is way overpriced and they left one of my bags of laundry in the car so I had to receive my stuff in two separate deliveries on two separate days. Not a big deal, but it would have been had I been leaving on business the next day, which I often have to. They do a great job
On the laundry and I love their bags, so there's some perks. More of a 3.5 star situation instead of 5.
I have now used DRYV three times. First time i had a really bad experience. However, Joe with customer service assisted me and convinced me to try again. The second time I did dry cleaning. Everything came back in 2 days in good condition. This last time my laundry was picked up last night at 8pm and it is already ready today. Very happy!!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dryv. First, they come and pick up my laundry which couldn't have weighed more than 15-20 and claim that it weighed 45. I found out about this service through a promotion which provided a $20 credit for first time users which would cover essentially 12 pounds of laundry. I was extremely discouraged by their customer service and lack of assistance. They were extremely condescending and unhelpful when it came to my complaints. After this I finally gave up and just simply requested to have my laundry dropped off at 6:00 PM-6:30PM, the earliest available time. The dryver arrived at 6:04 PM as noted by the text and then immediately received a text saying they were unable to deliver it. Following this I had to reschedule for 8:30PM. Needless to say this is my first and last time utilizing this service.

The DRYV teamI travel to Chicago for work quite a bit, and usually need some dry cleaning done while I'm here. In the past I've paid the insanely high hotel dry cleaning fees because it was convenient and my free time was limited.
Then a friend told me about Dryv (only available in Chicago right now), they use the same cleaning service my hotel uses but at a fraction of the price.
I needed to contact customer service at one point and while email is the only method of contact they were extremely fast in responding to kudos on that!
I only wish the service was available on my home town!
This is a great service, especially for those of us who usually can't make it to the dry cleaner during hours. They pick up and drop off right at my office, which is very handy. I will definitely be a continuing customer.
