  • Beautiful but WAY too short

Amazingly simple game, I love this style, but there’s not enough to do. Some sort of online mode, maybe a co-op would be good?
Happy to pay the $ but not for a game that you finish so quick.
  • Fun but the AI is flawed

This is a decently fun game, enjoyable to play.

The disappointment for me is after a short while you realise that the workers are so dim. Building a corridor that requires one energy and one material? Then watch as your two builders both bring an energy, then once the first one drops their energy. They both go back and bring a material.

Or maybe you want your researchers to dip into the nearby defense room, rather than walk across your entire base? Nope, they’ll generally not go to even the remotely optimal room.

A fun game, but after a short while the AI shortcomings, like I described, spoil it.

  • Neat game with 2 major issues.

Having to drag and drop rooms and corridors from the top of the screen forces the IPhone Notification Center to open which truly ruins the RTS aspect of the game. A way around may be a long press to *bring up a pop up in the middle of your screen that says “yes or no”* then it places the shape on the “field”.

  • What the X is going on?

Rymdkapsel is a wonderfully moreish, minimalist RTS game that is victim to disappointingly poor iPhone X optimisation.

I’m a big fan of Rymdkapsel, but when played on iPhone X, the device’s distinctive 'home bar' at the bottom of the screen is permanently fully lit. This obstructs not only the display, but also the ability to reliably shift your minions between idle and active tasks.

This particular issue has become increasingly common over recent months, so here’s hoping that Grapefrukt (aka Martin Jonasson) fixes Rymdkapsel’s 'white home bar' syndrome! Oh and if Martin finds time to update his equally addictive Twofold inc. with full iPhone X support, that would be amazing!

    Many thanks!

  • Good game but needs a fix for iPhone X

It’s almost unplayable on iPhone X. The bottom apple bar needs to be disabled or the bottom row of worker placement locations need to shifted up a little. Every time I try to move people to a new job it swipes to a new app. Or closes the game. Everything else is great. I wish there were more game modes too. Maybe a new turret block which assists the workers in defending. The workers would fill the turret block with 3 turrets using engineering materials.

  • New update is not helpful...

I love this game, it’s one of my go to games when I’m looking for a focused past time. However, with this new update I am having serious problems. The font and all the buttons is much smaller, which is nice for game play, however, because the font is so small, when I go to drag down a new room or corridor, every time, I pull the notification screen on my iPhone. Every time. Which pretty much renders the game unplayable for me. I’ve tried to turn off the setting in my iPhone and I’ve tried to adjust the way I drag down corridors to no avail. This is the first update in 2 years, so I’m not sure my review will make much difference since maybe there aren’t many players anymore, but hopefully something can be done about this. Thanks!

  • Great game but crashes a lot

Game crashes every time you complete research on a monument- ios11 on iPhone 7 Plus

Otherwise looks like it could be a great game.
  • Crash

The game crash on IOS11 when i research a monolith
  • Difficult without a strategy guide

This is a fun game. I finally made it through the ‘research all monoliths’ level. The order you research the monoliths makes a huge difference in your success/level of frustration.

    1. Research the monolith at 12 o’clock (minion speed) first, then the one at 6 o’clock (slow enemies), then the monolith at 3 o’clock (weapons range) and finally the 9 o’clock monolith (extractor efficiency).

    2. You will only need one reactor. Periodically station a minion if the production rate is too slow for construction.

    3. You will only need two gardens and two kitchens. Locate them centrally and with their doors close together. Build quarters near the kitchen.

    4. Build weapons stations centrally (near your gardens-kitchen-quarters. Build one or two weapons near the monolith you are currently researching.

    5. Recycle empty extractors. Recycle unneeded weapons near fully researched monoliths.
