Update :10/11 after countless attempts to complete the application I finally was able to submit an application, but the application is now stuck “in revision “ status and it says a review has requested additional information, check your email. But there is no email. And support is horrible they don’t respond. So basically doesn’t accomplish anything. It might be faster to send power of attorney to someone at hime and open account for you.
Very Disappointed!
The app has a great intention but falls short in execution. It frequently freezes, and after multiple attempts to complete a bank account application, I had to give up. The development team needs to collect user feedback, fix bugs, and improve overall stability to make this app usable.
