App not working so I had to pay again
I had an error of 504. My monthly plus ticket wouldn’t show and the driver wouldn’t let me on without buying a new ticket. The app eventually worked but said I had no tickets then 5 minutes later my monthly ticket showed. If the app doesn’t work then what’s the point of it. Now I have to do the faff of requesting a refund from Cardiff bus.

Really useful
Cardiff bus shows the route of different buses and you can also see where the buses are! Really useful but sometimes information on the buses is inaccurate
Bus not tracking on app
Too many days I try to catch a 44 at 6:30 am I use the app departure tells me 5 min 1 min due try to track a bus and there is nothing in st Mellons or even close to st Mellons showing on the tracker . After standing in the rain waiting for a bus that then the departure shows as 38 mins , I walk to another stop for the 45 only to have a 44 pass me on my way . It was 5 mins late and not showing up on the tracker. This is happy2 to three days out of five making me late for work it is not exceptable and unprofessional to say the least . I am more than disappointed more like furious . Cardiff bus SORT IT OUT!

The Omnibus
The 27 is my most frequently used service, which I think is scheduled 1 too many operations per hour, as 2 are to be found often running in convoy. This is infuriating for passengers who are sometimes waiting longer for services in between!
Need sort out to fix
It had mess up with wrong number with Bus track and detail of bus both had different number, also track keep play about forward and backward made me confused, need sort it out
Not working
Your app is usually great but today I’ve had no end of trouble. Every time I go onto the app, it either freezes or it shuts up atomically. As I use the app quite regularly as I travel a lot for work this has caused some inconvenience with tracking busses and being able to board them.

Useless as the service never matches the timetable
Pointless. Timetables and journey planner propose services that are non existent by the time I get to the bus stop. App never matches screens at stops, which in turn nerver match their services. I have lost count of the number of times I have had to give up and get a cab because of the misleading times on this app. Don’t bother using if you are intending to get anywhere on time.

No More Than a Guesstimate
Used last night for in relation to the Grangetown services.
The app was showing the No. 9, was due in real time. The bus was on time but continued down Penarth Road, instead of turning up Clare Road, hence missing all the bus stops on route into town.
Soooo many buses will fail to show up, after the countdown, they just drop off the screen into room 101.
Unreliable, just like the bus service.
No wonder people have to rely on cars.

Unreliable
I usually buy packs of 10 singles, so I bought another pack when I had one single left as I’d need two for the day, and I was immediately locked out of my account and told it had been banned for suspicious activity. I only have one account/device, and now I can’t re-access my tickets and will have to pay higher prices on the bus directly, and there’s no clear method of challenging this. Awful system.
