  • Amazing app

Has a great free portion. It is totally worth the paid subscription.
  • Perfect

The only mobile client that have a desktop functionality
  • Terrible, terrible app

You have to sign up with them to be able to do anything in the first place. Once you do sign up, basic functionality is locked away until you pay; which you can't do from inside the app (you have to do it from their website). Will refuse to connect to servers with passwords because it's a "paid feature". Will also refuse to connect to servers without passwords though, and your guess is good as mine as to why. Just don't download it.

  • Terrible can't even make an account

App crashes every time you click sign up
  • Good with a major flaw

Works perfectly over 3G/4G, but struggles to keep connected over wifi. Great app, just very annoying.
  • Brilliant

Thank you for providing the best iOS IRC client ever, all other clients are terrible. This is the best one.

Also love the different themes and the original IRC retro theme. Keep up the good work!
  • Good app but burns battery

The app and service are both excellent, however this app burns through battery very quickly, according to my battery settings IRC Cloud used almost 50% of battery and I had to charge my phone three times as a result. Keep it closed if you don't have a plug nearby.
  • Hidden fee of $5 a month after 7 day 'trial.'

Exploiting business 'team' oriented project developers who are naive about the Internet. I pay 1¢ less for unlimited hosting of unlimited traffic on unlimited domains with shell access and any daemon I install. This is just a BNC, it should be free or at most $10-20 a year. And it should allow us to shell into it, or at least telnet into it, and irc into it from our own clients to resume existing irc sessions. Unconscionable charging fools that much for a headless BNC.

Also - the web client is one of the ugliest most disorganized and limited web clients I have ever seen, it makes mibbit look like a finely tuned IRC client! >:(

  • The easiest way to get on IRC

This is an excellent app and an excellent service. Easy to use & fast to set up.
  • Bug fix?

The app is amazing, but for some reason when my phone is locked, the notifications I get from the app pop up then disappear from the screen after a few seconds.
For private messages they stay, but for general channel messages, they don't.
    Please fix this!! :)
