Works great, makes watching labels so, so much easier. Even if you aren't vegan this is a great tool for keeping an eye on what is in your food. So far I have only come across a handful if items that are not in the database, and it seems to be expanding because I hardly ever get a "no results found" anymore. Thanks!

Is it vegan?
For starters, why would anyone pay $4 for an app with ads? Makes no sense to me! Anyways, my main issue is the fact that it is not a very reliable app. It works when it wants to and most times, when I attempt to scan a barcode, it will immediately give me a message saying "item not found" no matter what I do. I guess they have a "plus" app that had no ads for a dollar more, but imho it's not worth the hassle if the app is hit and miss. Purchase at your own risk.

Unreliable & inaccurate
As many have said, the idea for the app is great but the app itself is not. Along with the app crashing and having little to no information, it also gives you false information. i.e Sour Patch Candy: The app says they are "definitely vegan, and then goes on to list Red 40 as an ingredient. Red 40 is not vegan. There could be inaccurate information with other ingredients in other products as well, which therefore makes this app unreliable and kind of useless.

No more excuses not to read the labels.
You don't have to be vegan or vegetarian to use, and appreciate this app. *No more tiny unreadable mouse print * It will help you to be able to read - and better understand - what ingredients are in the food you buy no matter what your diet is. Reading and being better informed of what is in that so-called food - will help some people make better choices.

Not very good.
Most items I scanned weren't in the database and when I try to add and take pictures. Nothing I did shows up. Major updates are needed on this app
REALLY GOOD
This app works so well when I tried it, it's scanned the items straight away and told me if the product was vegan vegetarian or neither definitely recommend!!!!!
Change it back
It's too ad heavy now!!! I don't mind the ads that you have to wait to get through but half the ads glitch out, cover the page and render the app unusable I have to close out and I can't get the information I need this app used to be my go to I used to promote it to all my vegan friends but now I can hardly use it.

Convenient but..
Almost everytime I'd scan an item, an ad would pop up. Sometimes the "x" doesn't even work on the ad and then I have to restart the app. It shouldn't irritate me so much but the ad shows up before I can even know if it's vegan or not. But other than that, it seems accurate and I will probably be using this a lot.

So convenient!!
I love this app. I have been vegan for almost a year and I am still amazed at how people manage to sneak animal products into things I would never suspect. Being able to scan an item right in the store and get instant feedback cuts back time on label reading as well as teaches me the technical names of certain ingredients I may not otherwise be aware are not vegan friendly. Awesome!
