We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and want to assure you that we’re constantly working to improve the app. The accuracy of CalZen, based on our internal testing, is around 95%, but we understand that some situations can cause discrepancies. Just recently, we made significant updates to our algorithms for calorie and macronutrient detection, and we believe this could improve the results for your use case. Could you please try using the app again and let us know if you see improvements?
