  • Don’t waste your time

    Honestly I wasn’t going to bother writing a review, I normally don’t but this app has cost me so much it’s ridiculous. I know it’s my choice to pay to play and I made that choice. The win ratio is terrible, I have played through so much and it just doesn’t do anything. The few times I have won it’s typically been a fraction of what I put it. Again i understand that is gambling however I have noticed that when you start to have the lines line up to pay the game starts glitching out. There have been a few times where the bonus rounds have glitched and cheated me out to spins or features that I had won. I think there is a lot of room for improvement on this app and I hope that the developers will do something to prevent stuff like this from happening. I would advise to only use the rewards that are granted from the app which are minimal so don’t expect to play for any extended period of time or if you choose gamble with real money proceed with caution and an extremely low expectation for actually winning anything.

  • ID verification

    I have been trying for almost 5 days now to get through to customer service to help me to verify my identification. The first day I reached out to customer service they contacted me hours later and only gave me a generic email with the same instructions that were on the app rather than me having someone to speak to about the issue I’m having.

    Now I cannot seem to get customer service to help me even though I’ve reached out numerous times. I am taking the photos correctly, but the system will not recognize my drivers license. I tried my older drivers license doing the exact same thing and it recognizes it however, it says it’s expired, but it will not recognize my new current valid drivers license and I have no other alternatives being given to me to verify my identity, and I have winnings that I can’t access.. Customer service really needs to do a better job at helping by listening to what the issue is rather than respond back with a generic instructions email.

  • Slow response time and lack of follow through on in game errors

    Sadly, I didn’t want to leave a review but I had no other option. I had reached out multiple times to their support team and had very little response. I would provide screen shots of the game error I experienced, which included the very specific information of the game error only to be met with the exact same question I just answered and to also be called the incorrect name on multiple occasions, even when I corrected the customer support person. It was so careless. The games are fun yes, but when actual prizes and money are on the line, people tend to pay more attention, which is why I was meticulously paying attention. It’s hard earned money being lost, err what feels like it’s just being taken at this point because no one is following up with me or correcting the issues. Even a simple apology, refund, credit or anything would have sufficed because it’s clearly an app issue right in front of us, but instead it just is ignored and no follow up…. I liked this site and spent a lot of money here, but my days are numbered I think, because if it’s just going to be frustrating each time something happens or no customer service, it seems like it’s best to spend money somewhere that I can rely on.

  • Scam casino?

    If there was a way to give half a star, I would I have been completely ignored by Customer Service for the past five days I have submitted at least 10 tickets asking them what was going on? It has now been past the timeframe. They gave me when they first emailed me back I've only received one email back from the Customer Service team in which the rep was talking about something random and not even what I asked and then the different representative emailed me again apologizing for that representatives mistake since telling them that I reviewed them on Trustpilot I have not received any thing from them at all answering any of my questions. They have not given me a reason as to why my money isn't in my Skrill account I went as far as to get a hold of managers and the CEO on LinkedIn, so I can tell them that their business is being ran this way customer experience I've had with this casino. It's sad because I have played at this casino for quite a while and I've put a lot of money in here but they have now lost a customer. I'll never play here again. I feel very taken advantage of and very neglected as a customer that has been very good and has consistently played at this casino for quite a while. I'm not just a new customer. That's trying to cash out from a free bonus or free spins. this was money I put in and now I want my reward, it almost seems like this might be a scam Casino. I don't know. I've never had any problems cashing out before until now.

  • I’ve won multiple times

    It’s slots y’all you win some you lose some… one time I only put ten bucks in and ended up with 290… played it down to 200 then I withdrew my winnings no issue. I never write reviews like ever but I saw a bunch of negative reviews and I thought I’d do a nice thing and help these guys out because they don’t deserve all the slack I been reading… yes I’ve been chasing that 290 like crazy but that’s the name of the game. It’s called GAMBLING for a reason… I’ll hit big again one day but it’s not going to happen every day. Keep up the good work and thank you for such a fun entertaining app

    Oh one thing… do you really have to keep the withdrawal of no less than 100 so high? Maybe consider moving it down to 60$ or something… 🙏😁 thanks again

  • Fun but be prepared to lose

    Slots are rigged by design, and the slots here are no exception. Especially the Exclusive slots. They let you win at first, but if you keep playing they will take back every cent. I want to be clear, you will win at first. But you’re never able to play the same game again without it taking back every cent. The difference in these games and regular slot machines is these games remember every penny you’ve made, and not everyone in total. This is my theory at least (I have no proof of this, only thousands of hours of playtime on multiple sites). I never play the same game after a big win and it has been a winning strategy thus far.

    I’ll give credit where it’s due. It’s a nice app with a ton of games. Just play responsibly and be ready to lose if you keep playing.

    I’ve been playing High 5 for a bit now. Constant play but never anything big. I’ve always enjoyed playing with them. I recently had to update my account information, sent in the required documentation. They responded and updated my account in a timely manner and were really nice! I am a little nervous now after reading reviews from others because I just sent in a redemption request for $1,000 just over 48 hours ago. They said it would process with in 72 hours, so fingers crossed they process, approve, and deposit my redemption! 🤞🏻 I’m going to be very disappointed if they don’t… ☹️
