Ruined by subscriptions
Previously a game I enjoyed and if I rated then it would’ve been 4 stars, but after it was brought back it’s been put behind a subscription. Shame.

But all of a sudden I need a subscription to play this game.
Makes no sense at all.
I would however do a one time payment to buy the game and play it but a subscription feels unnecessary.

Great game, but needs a free version.
The concept of Colossatron is epic and I can see myself playing this game for ages.
I know Halfbrick needs its fair share of money but the problem is some people don’t have money let alone enough for a monthly membership.
I would recommend making a free version with less features and the news host addressing when there will be an ad break in the intermissions.

Such a shame to now be pay to play
I used to play this and it was great, recently came back to it and it’s now a subscription just to play. Can only play 30mins before needing to pay while being reminded in app every 5 minutes to pay.
The game itself is great, the pay to play is an awful move and I really wish this is changed in the future.

Great game but not worth the money
I played this game as a child so it’s very nostalgic to me, after getting to play it one last time I can say it’s as I remember, extremely fun and engaging…… however, it wants me to do a membership, 1.99 a month, it really isn’t that much but I’m still not gonna pay it simply due to the fact originally the game was free to play, it has a short campaign from what I remember, and I’d likely forget to stop the membership resulting in money slowly being drained which I don’t want to happen, but getting a 60 minute (or 30 I don’t remember) window to play this game one last time and relive my childhood was amazing and this is a game I will likely never forget

I got this game years ago, it was a lot of fun, I even supported the developers with some in app purchases, but this pay monthly/yearly is a joke, especially when my original progress was not save and I already spent money on the app. What’s worse is the devs didn’t update it for a while so after an upgrade the app no longer worked so was delete. Imagine my expression when I found it was back (woohoo) and then my expression when I found out it was subscription based (boooo). App deleted. Developers, please change this and also add more content. I wouldn’t mind paying £1.99 for the game with a family license so my kids can play too.

I paid for this game after launch, I later played it after it got abandoned and now they “re-release” it and add a subscription feature? So that payment form all those years ago is now worth nothing. Thanks halfbrick. And your auto response is awful, truely a downhill company. Very disappointed
Scummy behaviour
After not being on the app store for years I was really looking forward to playing it again but now it's locked behind a subscription service. No respect for this company anymore. Very frustrating it should be a one time purchase.
