Was a good app. Has just stopped working. Won’t allow me to login and can’t set up as a new user.

This app no longer appears to work as it keeps freezing and when I try to login I get a database error.

Is this company out of business?
I’ve had the belt clip for years now and liked it when I initially got it. Haven’t played in a year or so then went to register with a new email address and it won’t let me create an account. I’ve been trying to create one for days now, hoping maybe the servers are just busy, but this is completely unacceptable. I can’t use the product if I can’t get the app to log in on my phone. Basically this equipment is useless too without the app.

Was great. Now bad.
No support, no response to emails. They’re aware of an IOS issue but haven’t heard any developments in months. Clearly they’re pro version is the only thing worth pushing and supporting. Disappointing considering I did like this app when it was working and would’ve given it 4 stars. Buyer beware now.

When i first got game golf it was a game changer! Recorded shots with no issues and uploaded rounds quikly, data up the ying yang.
my last no recorded round was jan 2021. Since then i have gone with another shot tracking system. I recently dug out the game golf live and installed them to a travel golf set. I played a few rounds with it and no issues with gps and shot recording during the rounds. The problem is retrieving the data from the rounds played. There are 88 rounds stored and no shots recorded (0 even score). I though the latest update would resolve the issue but it didnt, too bad! Even is i manually edit all the shots in the round it still would not upload. (Circle arrow on top of screen and no button on bottom to delete round).

Waste of time
Bought it this winter and couldn’t wait to use it on my first round in Hawaii. It tracked 36 rounds of nothing on the first outing. Thought I must have done something wrong - nope. 42 rounds of nothing the next day. Tried it with just the medallion the next round, missed some shots, but it only tracked one round - so that seemed like progress. Tried the same the next day: only one round recorded, but only tracked shots on the last two holes - 16 holes of nothing. Tried it again today and nothing was tracked.

App isn’t what it use to be
I enjoyed game golf for a good while but I think I’m done with it. The app doesn’t work anymore, nothing shows when I try to see courses or information. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded multiple times. My device doesn’t show up in the app either to connect to. I’ve not seen a viable update to either the firmware or software that shows this is worth keeping. My last couple rounds where everything worked had gps way off and making this only useful to see how far I hit the ball, not what I have left. We’ll see if anything comes of this to make me keep it

This was great
For the last two weeks, it looks like everything is working great until going to End Round. From there, 60+ even par rounds with zero holes and strokes from that day are in "pending review" and the one round with an actual score has no stats or recorded shots. Tried deleting and reinstalling, no use. I think this app is dying or already dead.
A shame, I've used this for years and loved it, encouraged others to use it. As is, I'll be deleting unless the developers address the recent issues - I can't waste more rounds without stats.

Courses Missing
This would be a great device & app if it worked. The last few times out when I finished my round I ended up with 70+ rounds for review with no strokes. There is a note when you try to contact support that they know about the issue. Last time I played, it couldn't even find the course (which I've played before with no issue). Now I look at my previous rounds in the app and half are missing. On the website, I still see most rounds but 1/2 are listed without a course. Please fix this.
