Worked fine to begin with

Worked perfectly in my old house, connected to WiFi and was able to log in fine etc. But since moving and connecting it via Ethernet it won’t let me log in, saying I’ve entered the wrong password. Managed to access the change password link and function which I have done so, and have made sure I am entering correctly but it keeps saying incorrect password!! Can not find any sort of help online. Not happy as I have not been able to use it when I have needed it.

Wi-Fi setup not working

If I try the quick WiFi installation it fails all the times(I tried using different devices).
I can install the camera via LAN cable but when I try to setup the WiFi in the camera settings, the app crashes as soon as I select the WiFi network. Probably it’s a bug introduced with the latest releases but it’s totally frustrating: I can’t use the camera if I can’t setup the WiFi

Better Than Before

This app is better than it was a few months ago. It seems to be easier to connect the camera to WiFi now, and there are more features. Overall usage has improved, but it could be much better. A few headaches with this camera? It’s sometimes inconsistent in the way it works, and the English in the app is VERY broken - please, get a fluent English speaker to translate the app! Heck, I’ll do it. There are other things, but perhaps they’ve been fixed since the last time I used the camera; I’ll update soon.

Initially, it took me 3 days to successfully set up the camera. Just now, it took me 5 minutes at my new house. Good job!

Note to Developer: A really useful feature to add would be for it to record for 5-10 seconds or snap a picture every time it detects motion! Record and save to your phone when the motion detection is triggered. This would ensure that the camera cannot be compromised without catching who did it.

Excellent software!!

Don’t know why all the bad reviews. Bought this camera to watch my dog at home while I’m at work. Works like a charm. I have an Apple phone and my husband a droid. No problems logging on or watching the dog. Can even see her breathing while she’s taking her afternoon nap. Night vision and motion sensor alerts work great!!! Using with Apeman 720p WiFi camera.

Does Not Connect

I’ve seen more of the “connecting” symbol than I’ve actually seen video. Plus I have a WIRED connection and it will still tell me the camera is “offline.” I get so frustrated using this app! Will be looking for another alternative, because it doesn’t work over 50% of the time.

Keeps connecting

I bought this camera to be able to watch my dogs when I am away from the house but every time I try and use it wherever I am it says connecting and never connects. I can not be attached to WiFi everywhere I go and there is no WiFi at work. I need a solution to this problem.

Terrible App!!!! DO NOT BUY!

Totally wasted my money and time with this camera and app. I literally just opened this product and tried to set it up but couldn’t get any further than the app! The app wouldn’t let me register so i had to try and look online how, then i tried to log in on the app and it wouldn’t even sign me in at all! Waste of time and money, I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! So sad i needed that camera so bad!

Can’t recover password

I’ve tried every password I can think of and can’t log back in to my account. I hit forgot password and it keeps telling me that my email address isn’t registered as the recovery one. Well if I can’t get back into my account it’s pretty useless having this camera. Worked well when I was able to log in. Don’t know what I’m supposed to do now.

Hello, if you can't find the account password, you can sign up for a new account again and bind your new account number with a mailbox number to prevent similar events from happening again. When registering a new account, please note that the password letters are case sensitive and the password length is not less than 8 digits. Also note that when the camera password is the default password, if you need to watch the camera video, you need to change the default password to another password before you can watch it. This is to ensure the security of your camera.

No support, difficult to use

There is no way to get help on this app. There does not seem to be any customer support at all.I don’t like writing bad reviews, but this app frustrates me badly. It logged me out for no reason, and then the password and user name and email I put in doesn’t work. It never asked me for a recovery email, but demands it now in order to reset my account.
Now I have a couple cameras that I can’t even use. Unbelievable.

So far so good..

Had the camera and app for around a week now, few issues connecting to WiFi but once connected I’m fairly impressed.

Not sure what people are expecting from a cheap IP camera. For the price it is what it does is fine.

It’s not true 1080p but it offers piece of mind knowing I have something to go by if anything does happen.

All functions on the app work, I can view footage live or from the SD card over WiFi or cellular. Cruise presets doesn’t work but it’s no use to me anyway.

For monitoring a room or driveway through a window it’s fine.
